They fixed one problem...but caused another, and now don't seem to want to talk about it, ignoring multiple attempts to reach out via email with follow-up questions. When we had work done on our sewer line, they completely sealed off our basement floor drain. Now there's nowhere for water to go when it gets into the basement, plus there's nowhere for the AC to drain, so in the summer we found ourselves collecting the water in buckets and bringing it upstairs multiple times a day. (Their only response to that was an offer to come take care of the problem--for an additional $1,100. No explanation or clarification.) Also, when the sewer project was happening, they were unpredictable and uncommunicative as to when they would actually be showing up to work, keeping us guessing as opposed to keeping their word. We would alter our schedule for them, and they would leave us hanging. To top it off, they would also leave their fast-food bags and wrappers for us to clean up. Unbelievable. So frustrating. Steer clear, and please spread the word.

I'm sure they are a great service if you can work around their schedule. Have been unimpressed with their scheduling as they seem to get to you when they get to you. If you are like me & have limited time off at work and need someone to show up when they say they'll be there. I personally will be looking for another plumber and not using them again.

We have used them several times this year. The first time was to put in our new dishwasher and installed a shut off valve for the ice maker. Home Depot wouldn't put in the new appliances because we have copper lines, it was a nightmare situation and they made it so much bette. The second time we had a water leak in our downstairs bathroom. The third time is a main water line leak. They started today and will finish tomorow. They have been wonderful to work with. The guys have all been super nice and very professional. I will recommend then to anyon!

I have used this company on several occasions. Always easy to make an appointment. The plumbers are neat, clean and efficient. They are friendly and always explain what they are doing and what they find. Good value for the $$$.

These guys are fast, efficient and amazing! We have a house that is about 50 yrs old and unfortunately over the last few months we have had three different pipes burst on different occasions. The first and third time they were at my house the same day I called and fixed the problem right away! The second time I had to wait a couple days but that's only because it happened over a holiday weekend and they were backed up with emergencies. Totally understandable! The woman who answers the phone is polite and so nice to converse with! Everyone that we have dealt with have been great! I would recommend them for any plumbing job!!

I tried to make an appointment for service and was told I had to be home all day today or they would reschedule. I had to cancel a whole day to wait for a plumber. They could not give me a time frame or call with a time to meet them. After waiting all day, they didn't show up.

These folks are great. I've used them for a new hot wqter heater and relocation of a gas line for a kitchen remodel. Both times I have gotten quick service, great cleanup, and the plumbers have all been very friendly. Great prices too! Will recommend to others that have plumbing needs in the area.
