To whom reads this review. DO NOT use this company for and plumbing needs what so ever. They do not stand behind their work or admit that they have made a mistake. I used them in the past week. Let's say 20 to the 27 of September to flush out main line. They back washed my sewer pipe back into my crawl space with standing water and sewage. Then I had to get a company to replace pipe in my yard which they did a great job. They b and b came back too make sure pipe was clear so I could start using my amenities again. So after they were done I went to turn on the hot water and had nothing. But the company that put the pipe in was coming back free of charge to make sure that I didn't need to replace anymore pipe. When they went under house they noticed the issue with water and to talked too b and b since they back sewage into my crawl space. Now b&b doesn't want to do anything to make it right. So if you plans to have come out for a back please stay away from this place and that is my option.

Cannot say enough good things about Steve. A very devoted hard worker in cleaning stubborn sewer line. Very pleasant and diligent in doing it right.

Had to have them 3 times in a 6 day period due to their lack of clearing clogs the first and second time. I was charged each time as if issue was my fault. I trusted in them to do their job and had backed up toilet and shower and cleanup each time due to their lack of knowledge and also had a different tech each time! I do not understand how a company that is there to clean drains doesn't know how to find the problem-if not the first time, not the second but it takes three tries for a backing up toilet and shower?!? And to be charged each time is wrong as they should cover their work for a minimum of 30 days like a reputable business. My costs hovered around $500 for their 3 visits.

Great job I am very happy with their service. Stephen, the service technician was very polite and knew what had to be done. He was able to work despite two dogs barking the entire time he was here. It took less the 30 minutes to unplug a drain that had 40 years of buildup.

My husband and I moved out to Taylor Ridge 1 1/2 years ago and were completely new to septic and well water. The first night we had drain issues and B&B came to the rescue and didn't charge an arm and a leg for it!
Since then any time we need anything we call B&B. They are very reasonably priced and lovely to work with.

Our drain in our laundry room backed up and our toilet. I went to Angie's list to see who they say is the best. Ok I went with B&B. Why 5 star rating and good reviews. Ok I called them. Today 12/08 shawn got out of his truck. We hit it off. I explained the situation he said ok we have 3 scenarios here. He explained each one. Great man. He cleaned out my drain we r an water he told me what toilet paper will clog the drain which one he recommended. Folks. He said before he left. If u have any problems within 3p days call us we come out like we've been here at no charge. U need a plumber and a very good one. B&B is the call. Price I was shocked how cheap it was. Again shawn thank u for everything.

These guys are great! This is our first time having a septic system they educated us far more than the guys from geneseo when we purchased our home. They were able to fit us in, which helped us divert from a total disaster. Thank you and we will never use anyone else!

I had my washing machine drain back up over the weekend. I called B & B & first thing on Monday & Logan was there before 10 o'clock. Very polite & professional. I liked the fact that on their website where there is a guideline of pricing. No surprise charges! I would definitely recommend them
