As always B&C comes through.
My A/C wasn't working. Brain fog on my part, as I started the A/C with the exterior unit covered. Really?!

Harris ( the B&C tech) gave the unit it's annual cleanup and maintenance, reset the over pressure breaker and things started cooling. Given the cycling to start under the conditions I had created, Harris recommended replacing the capacitor (less than $50) to avoid the next service call. After he completed the annual and replaced the capacitor, he presented a reasonable bill and we were good. Thanks B&C! You really do seem to draw the best people into your business, Harris is great and a great representative for your team.

On the up side, it didn't take long to get someone here to look things over, and while he was here, I felt he was being honest with me and appreciated that he ran through several options. He left with a plan to write up an estimate and we'd go from there. After a week of nothing, I called, and the office told me they were still waiting for him to submit it. I thought perhaps they were busy. My husband left a message with him but got no call back. After two weeks of nothing, I called again and this time was told he'd gone on vacation and she would leave a message for him to call me the next week when he returned. That week came and went with no call or email. It has now been a month, and there isn't even any communication, let alone the promised estimate. It's one thing to not value my business, another to not have the integrity to just say you won't be able to fit us in so we should look elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Aaron was super helpful in addressing my numerous plumbing concerns in a quick and professional manner making what I was expecting to take days into a mere number of hours. This was greatly due to his knowledge of the plumbing craft. I wholeheartedly recommend B and C without any reservations.

It seems like the guy that was sent out to work on my furnace had no idea what he was doing. He cleared out my condensation drain and got my furnace to run for a little bit even though I told him the furnace initially starts and works and then begins to short cycle. Well, obviously it started to short cycle again and I ended up doing a bunch of research and troubleshooting to diagnose the issue which happened to be poor air circulation due to a dirty air return. During the fix, I found out he also taped my safety switch down with electrical tape which seems a bit unethical. They also put in the wrong size fan motor to my old AC unit when I first bought my house and I ended up having to replace the whole unit. Granted it was probably time for the replacement but I have no confidence in this company now.

The drain on my kitchen sink was hopelessly clogged, along with an associated bathroom drain. After fighting with it with plunger and chemical drain cleaners (fail), I called B and C. ""Levi"" came out the same day, and he did a fantastic job. He solved my sinks' drainage problems, adjusted the water pressure for my kitchen faucet which made it work much better, and cleaned up afterwards. The bill was extremely reasonable. I was very impressed by Levi's work and his pleasant nature; I would highly recommend B and C Plumbing and Heating. --Jeanette M.

My company uses B and C for any Plumbing and Heating issue we have. Whenever we call they are always there and fix the problem! Great company to use and will always use them for any heating or plumbing issue to come. I had 3 boilers go down and could not figure it out. after a couple of hours of doing it myself and still nothing. Called B and C and they were out within 30 minutes and figured out the issue and got my 3 boilers back up and running!

Couldn't have asked for better help! I was putting in a new water heater and hit a stone wall, literally. I was going to vent the water heater out the side of the house. In a little more than an hour he had the hole cut and my vent pipe was ready. Much better than buying the massive drill and drill bits. I even called and he was here the next day!
