Most expensive in town. They quote $175/hr for labor on the phone, then the plumber provided a mystery estimate with no breakdown of parts and labor. I argued with him and his boss on the phone, but no dice. This is done to ""protect everyone involved"". No it is done to rip you off. I would not have accepted the bid, but I was in a jam: I had a broken boiler on Friday afternoon and could not get my regular plumber, who of course does give break downs for parts and labor. Taking a 30% markup on the part involved implied an astronomical hourly rate. I will not use them again, I recommend that you do not unless you like over paying.

I contracted with TLC to replace our complete hot water boiler system and hot water holding tank system to service a 3100 square-foot house with the five zones. The team showed up Tuesday headed up by Thomas and his two assistants. After two long days, they completed the task and left the garage clean and work place organized. I was so impressed after looking at the maze of copper pipes attaching all the different elements to the boiler system and the holding tank in the five zones. Thomas did an exceptional job. I received several bids from local plumbers that were maybe 3 to $5000 less than Tlc, but given the fact that Tlc has worked on my house for the last 10 years, I only trusted to go with him. Excellent service, excellent work, and excellent professionalism by the crew.

My heater broke down on the coldest day of the year in Albuquerque. TLC came out within 30 minutes, assessed the problem and worked with me on putting together a package for my heating unit. My heating/air unit was installed badly and TLC went over everything that was not safe and offered recommendations. They were considerate of my budget and time. They completed the project in 10 hours and stayed until everything was up and running correctly. Sam Zambrano and his crew were fantastic! I would recommend TLC to my friends as I have been a customer before and have never been disappointed by their service (always on time) and their work ethic. They never stopped working from the time they got to my house until they left 10 hours later.
