Excellent customer service, our house is 40 years plus. Therefore so are the pipes. Lowes/ Home Depot did not have the correct pipes for the sink. Nor did I get help from a human. I definitely recommend Azusa Plumbing

Before going here, i went to Home Depot where the employee didn't know you had to use a different kind of pipe outdoors! Ugh!

Would like to thank Jim, my water heater had a bad board and thermostat would not heat water.. only 2 years old..called Rheem they said 5 days to get me parts and its under warranty no charge....What you taliking bout 5 days!!! My family need hot water now lol...Anyways called everywhere to try and buy parts today..every one said special order!! That is until i call Azusa Plumbing and talk to Jim...He said he can get it next day or if i need now i can go to Anahiem and pick it up...jumped on 210 to 57 and got part!! 2 hours later i got hot water again!!! Thanks Jim and Auzsa plumbing you are the best!!!

Great little shop with knowledgeable people working. Went to big chain store first because they were closer, big bucks, three returns and I still did not have the right stuff to hook up my water line. Yelped this business and ran up to Azusa. Walked right in, no wait! Told the man what I was trying to do. He came back with two little parts 99 cents! Went home hooked it right up and now I have cold water!!!!!! Very nice, they know what you need, won't over sell and are knowledgeable about all
Plumbing without much description. I appreciated the help.

Really, five stars should say it all, that is ""As good as it gets"".

I'm not a plumber, or a contractor. I'm just an average guy with some tools trying to maintain his own over-sized and overaged home.

The first time I visited these guys I was desperate and someone somewhere once said to give them a try. While I was apprehensive about stepping into a storefront for tradesmen and professional plumbers I gave it a go.

As with every subsequent visit, the staff behind the counter have been patient, respectful, professional and spent as much time with me as needed to determine my needs and provide a solution.

There have been times I've visited where I've had to wait because they've been busy. Three distinct thoughts on this:
One- While it's a last century, pre 'take a number' protocol, the staff just seems to always know who's next without there being an orderly line.
Two- No one has ever skipped over the 'obviously not a pro (me) to help someone who came in after me.
Three- Wait or no wait I leave every time with a solution in less time than it takes to fail at the big box/chain stores.

To summarize, prices are fair and competitive, assistance is incomparable and success is almost guaranteed. What's not to love?

Don't get caught up in the high prices of big local businesses. Its not like the huge lines or trying to get someone to help you out looking for a plumbing parts
