Recommended Customer Reviews

Our HOA hired Azteca Plumbing to do a major plumbing project (replace the main lines) at our 80 unit, 60+ year-old complex. I sit on the board and we were all extremely pleased with the quality of work and the price. In fact, Azteca is now our complex's preferred plumber. Management and the board know we can always count on Azteca for top-notch work at a reasonable price. Owner Sergio Torres was always available to answer any questions that we had - and he works closely with his crew. He and his crew were very thorough, courteous and clean. Their work was nothing short of perfection. Recently, my husband and I decided it was time to install a washer and dryer in our unit. Our unit had never been plumbed for a washer and dryer, but I had to look no further than Azteca Plumbing to do all the work. Again, I was not disappointed. I highly recommend Azteca for all your plumbing needs.
I do feel that I need to comment on the comment by Marshelle P., because I feel it extremely unfair. I find it odd that the 79 other owners in our complex had nothing but praise for Azteca Plumbing. Patios are considered exclusive common use area and if there is a plumbing issue that requires immediate attention, the board and management may allow access. Marshelle fails to mention that the plumbers knocked on her door, but she failed to answer it (even though she was home). The review that she wrote is just a sample of the monthly ""issues"" the board had to deal with from her.

My HOA just completed a huge plumbing job with this company and they were great. Sergio and his crew were very professional, respectful, efficient, reliable ... and offered very competitive pricing. They worked with us for several months and whatever area they worked on daily - they kept it contained and clean. I would not hesitate to use them for personal plumbing jobs within my condo.

Hands down, this is the best plumbing company that I've worked with. As an active Board Member for my Condo Association, and having over 15 years experience in the construction industry, I have dealt with hundreds of companies and contractors. Azteca provided competive pricing, knowledgable advice and efficient (as well as clean) service. We recenty completed a major sewage line revitalization project for 80 units. Sergio and his crew recieved a 98%+ Satisfaction Rating from our HOA. Though we did recieve 1 negative review from a mentally unstable owner, the remainder of our owners were very impressed by Azteca's professional, efficient and cost effective approach. They are now our preferred vendor.

My HOA contracted this company to repair the plumbing in our condo buildings. The owner, Sergio, is unprofessional and dishonest. I can't comment on the quality of their work, as the job is still underway. However, Sergio and his crew hopped a wall and trespassed onto our patio. They told me they needed to dig up our patio (admittedly currently not landscaped and just a big dirt patch) to ""get to the pipes below."" Since it's just dirt, I let them proceed, even though I wasn't ok with the trespassing and unannounced visit. I thought they would fix the pipes that were broken and put the dirt back. What Sergio didn't tell me (and I think he deliberately tried to mislead me), is they were planning on leaving a sewer cleanout port on my patio.
Imagine my surprise when I found the cement cover reading ""sewer"" in my yard after his crew left. I most certainly DID NOT give my permission for them to do that--the HOA does not own my patio and all other access ports are located in common areas. When I spoke to Sergio the next day, he actually lied right to me and told me there was NO other place to situate the port. (Funny, now that I've raised a stink with the HOA it's going to be moved on Monday.) Then he tried to scare me by telling me he could remove it, but if he did my condo and the building would surely be flooded with sewer backflow at any minute. When I called him out for his unprofessional behavior and told him he could not alter my property in such a way without my express written permission and told him how inappropriate it was, he tried to make me feel guilty by stating, ""it's for the good of the whole building.""
Look, it's just a patch of dirt right now (I have young kids and landscaping isn't a priority). But that doesn't mean he gets to make the call about what happens on my property. I'm sure they decided it would be easier to dig up some dirt than to lay pipe and do other hard work in order to locate it in a common area. I'm furious he tried to pull one over on me and decrease my property value just because it was easier for his crew. And I cannot believe his complete lack of personal responsibility--he was completely unapologetic when I confronted him about the situation.
