I scheduled an appointment with them on a Monday. They said they could come on Wednesday or Thursday but most likely Thursday. Wednesday came and went and I did not hear from them so I called on Thursday morning to get an ETA. No answer. I called every couple hours, left two voicemails and eventually got the message that their voicemail box was full. Essentially, they ghosted me and I had to scramble to find someone else as I was on a time crunch. Disappointed because this place had a 5 star rating.

We had a leak in our crawlspace as well as other repairs that needed to be done. Andrew and Alex were very responsive and showed up when they said they would. I highly recommend!

Our hot water heater was old and stopped working. Andrew from Aztec came out within a couple of hours after I called. He was on time, courteous and very knowledgable. We are new to Kentucky and I am so glad we found this company. He put in a brand new hot water heater the very next day and we couldn't be more happy with this company and would recommend them highly!!
