Unfortunately not only would we not use them again we would also caution others as well. We are out of state homeowners and received a higher than normal water bill. We contacted Aztec to come out and source the leak. Their tech was at our home less than 30 minutes, he then told us we had a leak in or under our foundation and referred us to another company they """"refer to often"""" we called them in and they found not only was there no leak related to foundation but to our shock the trickle leak was infact coming from the hose near our pool deck. Something visible from the outside of our home and certaining not under our foundation. Aztec billed us nearly $300 dollars and the second company just over $300. Aztec not only missed the visible leak but also failed to return any of our calls regarding a bill adjustment as we were out $700 because their tech didn't perform a simple walk around the house to see a viable leak. We absolutely feel taken advantage of because they knew were out of state. Really disappointed is the way the dropped the ball multiple times with this situation. We would highly recommend avoiding this company especially if not able to directly oversee their work.

Prompt service, got the problem fixed, tech was friendly and knowledgeable. But think pricing for job was pricey.

They quoted $400 per hour labor only for replacing a garbage disposal! This place is a rip off! Go elsewhere for whatever you're doing!

Terrible company with terrible people working at it. I live in port charlotte and had them come out. They send bill after bill while doing nothing. Came to find out we were billed for work they never even completed but claimed i had signed on the line and had to pay for work they didnt even do!!!!!

I had this company put in a new hot water tank in. Josh did an EXCELLENT job ! The price was average, the work was superb! Had Josh come back to for some other work( toilet tank problems) price was kinda high , though, again the service was great!

I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance and received a text verifying my appointment for a two hour window on the date chosen. They did not show up during that time. No email, text or call to indicate they were running behind. When I called, they told me that the technician was on another job and they would call me when he was available. She said that if I booked online that the time was not guaranteed. Then why have online booking? I had taken off work to be available in the two hour window. I don't appreciate when my time is not respected.
