VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! One month after our repipe and still waiting on inspection. We finally called to ask , only to be told that there is a document that needs to be signed and notarized. This document should have been sent to us as soon as the repipe was completed. Here we are living in a construction zone with holes in our wall . waiting needlessly because you have poor customer service . We were told initially that inspections are behind . This could be one reason . Aztec was reco by a friend. We would not recommend Aztec . STILL WAITING!!!

Aztec Plumbing is one spiteful company. 2 years ago they repiped my entire home. They said they would get a permit. I gave my deposit. On the day they would have finished I asked about the permit which I know is supposed to be placed on the outside of the home before the job starts. That was never done. They never submitted the correct permit. They wrote it as a new hot water heater which it was not. It was a tankless hot water heater they were installing. I asked that they resubmit it. They gave me the run around for 6 weeks. They came back with the permit the day they were finishing. When the drywall was finished by someone they hired and Collier was called for inspection. Everything passed. It is so important to have a permit for any plumbing work done in your home. If it passes great if it doesn't the company has to come back and correct it until it passes inspection. I called them for my waterless tank issue (5 year warranty) and I was scheduled for 8 am -1 pm. I even received an email saying they would arrive 8-10 am. At 9:23 am I called to ask and was told they never sent that email. At 11:02 am the office calls and leaves a VM to say they were longer on a job. An emergency and they had to run an errand they would not be at my home until 1-9 pm. I called and canceled my appointment. They asked would I like to reschedule and I said no because I felt they would do that again. They are not a reliable company and if all they have is one crew to service everyone in Southwest Florida then they are not a good plumbing company to do business with. They are a Total Rip off. They justify why they are crooks. They have TERRIBLE customer service

I made an appointment to evaluate a ghost flushing toilet and a leaky bathroom faucet. After three house calls, in addition to two calls cancelled at the last minute, at a cost of $757 paid after the first visit, they were fixed. To be fair to the plumber Michael, when the part to fix the faucet wasn't right on the third visit, he replaced the entire faucet at no additional cost. Thus 2 stars instead of 1.

I'm a salon business owner if you care about you're time and money don't use this company you will block off a whole day to finally at some point get call after not knowing what time they will arrive just to be rescheduled . they can't guarantee you a appointment .

Big John Fernandez, our Aztec plumber, was excellent and gave us speedy and very professional service. We had a house guest stay and their shower was only giving HOT water! We needed it fixed fast. They diagnosed and fixed our shower valve cartridge right away. We needed him to be quiet to not disturb our guest. He used a hand hacksaw rather than a power Sawsall when it, because of a previous stripped screw, was problematic. He had to cut part of it off. It cost $311.00. I thought the charge may have been a little pricier than the mom & pop plumbers in our area, but they all were booked up. They also turn the upside-down valve right side up, because of an original builder error. I'm happy! Our guest is, too! I'd call them again for an emergency.

Super quick turnaround for an appointment. Plumber was very timely and professional HOWEVER ...BUYER BEWARE. They code your repair as a very general item so that they can charge you triple the normal cost versus the hourly. I was bait and switched to believe that I was receiving 4 separate repairs but only received 2 and then they have to schedule a follow-up appointment which I then find out is for another $569 ridiculous charge. I have already cancelled that appointment which I am having done by someone else who will charge $145. That is a crazy difference in price for a small bathroom toilet and sink repair and faucet change. I do not recommend this company. Please do your research and if your repair can wait a few days, let it wait a few days and do not sign anything with a """"verbal guarantee"""" because they are misleading you. The techs that come are super nice and they are not even sure what they are supposed to charge since they are reading from a """"corporate price"""" ... the office will transfer you to a different department if you question the price and say """"everything costs more these days sorry"""" ....They will tell you that you need repairs that you simply do not need in order to pad your bill! Not transparent. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My water heater was failing. They showed up right away (literally within a half hour), were pleasant, cleaned up well, and were done in a few hours. Allen, the technician, was a delight. And I thought the price was reasonable (for Naples although they did charge extra because we're on the second floor). Overall very impressed!

I needed work on a toilet. They are very professional from Katlin (not sure if spelled right) in office to Ron who fixed my plumbing issue. Having any plumbing work done usually comes at a cost, but so far I'm very satisfied. Thank you Katlin for reaching out to me taking extra time to explain everything after work was completed.

I called Aztec Plumbing to clear my slow running drains. They determined that the blockage was in my main waste line and cleared one of them. The next day Aztec found that there was and second blockage in the line but refused to remove it unless I paid a second charge for them to complete the job.

Ron diagnosed and fixed a water hammer we've had for years and then replace the insides of our leaking toilet...Ron is a professional ... explained the problem and the solution as he fixed everything quickly and effectively...glad I found Aztec and Ron
