***PLEASE READ*** Here we go- Sat evening...one backed up toilet- wait, make that two backed up toilets, oh no, now water is coming up the shower drain! I called Aztec Plumbing At 5::14pm Sat... within three minutes I spoke with an intelligent LIVE person. I described my problem and was assured Aztec Plumbing could help me, and that a technician would call shortly. I felt a little better but... I thought I might have a long wait. Within 1/2 hr, I received a call from the technician on duty. In just another 30 minutes, he was on the scene. Jeremy, the technician quickly accessed the potential causes, advised me of the potential solutions, and answered all my questions. I asked Jeremy to go ahead and try to resolve the issue... crossing my fingers that the problem wasn't with the septic tank itself. Within 20 minutes, Jeremy let me know he was finished, and that he did indeed solved the backup. The extraordinary service didn't stop there, Jeremy educated me on the septic system (a new home purchase for me), showed me important access points to the system, and arranged for a follow up camera inspection. He also let me know that one of the two toilets was near the end of its life and needed attention/ replacement. ***SUMMARY*** From my first call to the end of service, Aztec Plumbing LISTENED TO ME! I was treated with concern, made to feel my problem was their problem, was educated, and never pressured. I am now a more confident home owner, I have a plumbing company I trust in my phone for future needs, and I am having a problem-free Sunday. WAY TO GO, Jeremy and AZTEC PLUMBING!

Plumbing emergencies never seem to happen at a convenient time. These guys are fantastic! Our water heater decided to go on the first weekend we've had off together in months. They answered the phone at 7am, were out immediately to assess the situation and are done by lunch time! Price is fair as well! Thank you Aztec Plumbing!

Complete ripe off, Naples scammers. Are people really so stupid? Qouted $400+ to replace $20 guts of a toliet. a new toilet cost $100. go screw yourself

Oh my god oh my god what a fantastic company to get to do the AC and plumbing we had to get a new water heater for the master bathroom and although it was funny looking it does it's job keeps the water HOT love it The people who work at the company were friendly nice and easy to work with. Mom and I would RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!!,

Huge rip off. Tankless water heater was not heating water. Plumber said he needed to perform a complete diagnostic test for $375. I agreed and signed the contract. Immediately after he said """"oh look. The gas valve is off."""" He then went on to tell me that the entire system should be replaced as not properly vented. Only $4400 to replace. He did flush the system for another $350. So I got another opinion. Did an inspection at no cost and basically said """"if it's not broke, don't fix it"""". Lesson learned. Will never do business with Aztec again.

Chris arrived at the beginning of the time window i was given! ( same day as call was made). He was able to identify the problem, provided estimates and located the water heater we needed. He was able to install it same day! I highly recommend Aztec plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

We had to call for an emergency repair. Jason called and came in a very timely fashion to repair a pipe that broke under our bathroom sink. His repair was quick and well done! I would highly recommend Aztec Plumbing!

I contacted Aztec plumbing to replace my condo water heater. I saw the same water heater at Home Depot for under $400 and as I have replaced over a dozen water heaters (including a tankless model) I felt I had a good idea what was involved. The young man arrived and inspected the job. I did ask for a additional main water shut off valve to be installed as the original one was very difficult to reach. He was using an iPad to calculate the charges and at no point did he show me the screen or print it out for me to see. He announced that the cost would be $2246 (the extra valve installation charge was $285). I was in the process of remodeling and needed to get this water heater replaced quickly so I accepted the outrageous charge. The work was done satisfactorily. I am making this negative review to warn others of the predatory nature of this business. Afterwards my neighbor told me her identical water heater was replaced for $500. My usual practice is to get 3 bids for every job.

He arrived 30 minutes early for our appointment, explained our options thoroughly (we needed a full replacement), and fixed the issue within just a couple hours.
