Absolutely dishonest company. Charge up front for total Re plumbing of our home. Took two months of calls to finally finish and three months to close up all holes. A month later during bathroom remodel our handyman found they they never finished the job. Called Aztec back and they came over and apologized. Said we would have a plumber over the next day. No show. I called three times in one day and told someone would call me back and no one did. Absolutely dishonest and unreliable company. Techs doing work that shouldn't be and managers that don't know how to manage.

My water heater was failing. They showed up right away (literally within a half hour), were pleasant, cleaned up well, and were done in a few hours. Allen, the technician, was a delight. And I thought the price was reasonable (for Naples although they did charge extra because we're on the second floor). Overall very impressed!

Super quick turnaround for an appointment. Plumber was very timely and professional HOWEVER ...BUYER BEWARE. They code your repair as a very general item so that they can charge you triple the normal cost versus the hourly. I was bait and switched to believe that I was receiving 4 separate repairs but only received 2 and then they have to schedule a follow-up appointment which I then find out is for another $569 ridiculous charge. I have already cancelled that appointment which I am having done by someone else who will charge $145. That is a crazy difference in price for a small bathroom toilet and sink repair and faucet change. I do not recommend this company. Please do your research and if your repair can wait a few days, let it wait a few days and do not sign anything with a """"verbal guarantee"""" because they are misleading you. The techs that come are super nice and they are not even sure what they are supposed to charge since they are reading from a """"corporate price"""" ... the office will transfer you to a different department if you question the price and say """"everything costs more these days sorry"""" ....They will tell you that you need repairs that you simply do not need in order to pad your bill! Not transparent. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

they charge excessive fees, like 4 hours for a job which should have taken only 2, and there was less than $100.00 in material and was charges $766.00. i have contact them three times, and to date have yet to hear back from anyone. belinda stark

I'm a salon business owner if you care about you're time and money don't use this company you will block off a whole day to finally at some point get call after not knowing what time they will arrive just to be rescheduled . they can't guarantee you a appointment .

A new Water heater was purchased & installed 09/01/2022 and the internal rods calcified and failed; This is because they used a cheap inferior product that is known to have defects . Aztec plumbing would not return to repair or replace the broken part under warranty. Their customer service rep I spoke to over the phone was not knowledgeable on plumbing and gave multiple wrong & conflicting answers. In the end, they only offered full priced service to come back out and fix the heater.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! One month after our repipe and still waiting on inspection. We finally called to ask , only to be told that there is a document that needs to be signed and notarized. This document should have been sent to us as soon as the repipe was completed. Here we are living in a construction zone with holes in our wall . waiting needlessly because you have poor customer service . We were told initially that inspections are behind . This could be one reason . Aztec was reco by a friend. We would not recommend Aztec . STILL WAITING!!!

We have used them once and were happy with the experience. I loved their communication. I booked an appointment online and received a text confirming. Before the plumber came out, they also texted me his photo and a short bio. We had him install a bidet, which he charged based on installing a toilet seat. It was a bit pricy at $200, but they don't charge any after hours fees or visit charges.

Aztec did our repiping recently. The greatest problem is communication among their departments--the traditional case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. But there was also a problem with the work itself. The first county inspection of their work failed, and so they had to return to add some metal plates. They told me our smoke alarms had to be inspected with the fire inspection, and so I spent $1400 having that work done, but there was confusion about the fire inspection: the sheetrock guy did not know that a fire inspection was needed. Finally, it was really, really expensive!! I have to give the workers and staff credit for being polite and responsive, however.
