Exorbitant estimate price of 350 ... That is just outrageous. Then adding insult to injury the quote using scare tactics was 27 grand Unbelievable over ten grand more then others companies BEWARE

OWE ME MONEY. IF I WAS U I WOULD STAY AWAY. THEY WERE GOING TO HIRE A electrician for hot water tank to Finnish it. Reason, was never informed that they don't do it. But other plumbing companies do.i found out by making calls. Lies so they suppose to have gotten a permit. (I have to call county to find out. That guy that works for them named Mark. Or even Chris. Mark now asked me if we could split it instead of paying the whole thing. So being nice about it I said yes. I sent them a email, and text .them a copy of the bill. Lol. That's how it ended.. I paid for the electrician and they never paid half. Now for bosses. Wow can't b trusted. It seems the will not give money owed to u. When it comes to your money u work hard for every day. . It's sad that u can't trust a business. Do not ue if u value your money u work hard for. It seems they don't care. STAY AWA U FROM. This is my experience with them.​

Being a landlord for over 40 years, I asked the plumber that came in.. to please check the dishwasher to make sure that the hose was connected properly. He told me """"no, he like to work comfortable"""" and he said """" I know exactly what his problem was."""" He insisted that he needed to go through the back wall of cinderblock in the backyard to get to the kitchen sink. when he did get through to the sink, about a 2 x 4ft cut into our building, -that was not the problem At that point again, I asked that he pull out the dishwasher. I have videos that show the water spewing out of the back of the dishwasher. I have received an estimate to repair the back wall for $2000. +..I have already spent $500. I sent many an email and spoke to the office I called told the manager he could talk to me or he could choose to talk to my lawyer. He said we have lawyers too and hung up the telephone on me. Needless to say, I would never recommend this people. anyone know a good Florida lawyer?

I contacted Aztec around 1:30pm to see when someone would be able to check my hot water heater. The technician arrived by 4 and by 7:00 I had a new hot water heater, two new toilet seats. Quin was professional, polite, very neat and did a fantastic job! I was very very happy with the work and the response time! Thank you Aztec!!!

BEWARE!!! They charged $538 to install a $50 faucet cartridge. It took only about 30mins. They quoted $900 to install two under sink replacement water filter cartridges. The cartridges retail for $100 each and can be hand installed in 5 mins without tools. I passed on that!! I should have researched this company first. I will inform our building manager to warn other occupants who are mostly retired senior citizens like myself.

We had issues with water backing up into shower from washing machine and toilet . The plumber showed up same day, told me ahead of time what the cost would be. He fixed clog, but stayed to run washer, sink and toilet simultaneously to make sure everything was clear and the cost was less than previous plumber who didn't fix problem. Tim explained everything he was doing and was on time

Absolute price gouging crooks. Tech came in was there 1 hour and 22 minutes and was charges over $2800.00!! This for gluing a a couple drains together under the house and left. Damaged electrical lines running underneath house. Despite repeated calls they do not return calls. Receptionist told me one of the """"three"""" would call back if they find the time. Steer clear. Multiple complaints in our community. Reporting them to Attorney Generals office and BBB. Steer clear!!

Called Aztec Plumbing because we were smelling an odor in a guest bathroom. Technician told us it was sewer gas and we needed full house pipe cleaning. We paid for that service. We were told for an additional $500 they would guarantee the problem would be resolved. We definitely wanted to make sure it was taken care of. The odor remained for several days and after several attempts, referring us to other options, they finally said they had done all they could do that it should be gone. We hired a company that specialized in odors. Problem was not sewer gas but a palm rat that fell between the walls. We called and reported this to Aztec and after a lengthy conversation we were told the guarantee was for future issues but we didn't qualify for it. I wrote a letter asking for a refund of the extra $500 we paid and was told there was no way they were going to refund the $500. Their technicians are trained to SELL cleaning out all the plumbing pipes and a guarantee at an extra cost. Our advice would be don't fall for it. Very dissatisfied with this company.

work was done in about an hour and a half..parts at home depot cost under $25...yet the total bill came to $568!!!! The price for labor is OUTRAGEOUS for an elderly person on SS.
