I asked for a quote via telephone on installation of garbage disposal. I was told a plumber would have to come to my home to give me an estimate. He arrived on time with his PRICE BOOK, and quoted triple $$ of the other estimates I received. With a 2 hour window on arrival I was aggravated that I wasted my time.

Danny is great! We are out of state owners of a rental property in North Fort Myers and came here to get our property ready for our """"Snowbirds"""". I turned the water on from the main and """"Boom"""" we had a fountain coming from the kitchen sink. We had been up for 20 hours traveling from San Diego and we were TIRED....I Love that the company does not charge extra for after hours work and better than that, sent a picture and Bio of Danny first! Great tool for making you feel safe and avoid any surprises. Our budget was just as tired as we were and we were able to customize our repair to fit our rental needs. I wish that we had a go to guy like Danny in San Diego. Great Employee! Highly Recommend.

Just arrived from the Chicago area for a 10 day visit. Found a problem with 2 toilets and called Aztec to fix. The scheduler sent an email with our technician's bio and picture. Kipp came out near the beginning of the promised 10 -12 a.m. service call and provided the best service we have EVER had in Illinois or Florida. Kipp and Mark gave us options and we decided to replace 4 of 5 toilets in the house. Kipp came back with the hardware and set about his work, cleaning up along the way. If you have limited time and need a reliable, courteous, fair and professional plumber, call Aztec. We signed up for the annual service plan as a first time customer.

I had a major problem with a drainage line from my home to the street - the corrugated plumbers pipe was clogged with mud and roots. Aztec recommended replacing with solid PVC Sewer pipe. The crew of three (including the sales / project manager) got the new ditch and PCC installed during a very hot, steamy SWFL day. They were great to work with. I discovered that an irrigation line had been inadvertently severed and that the new ditch was washing out at the street. No worries, another Aztec tech made quick work of the repairs and came up with a great solution to remedy the washing out problem. Super team and all were great to work with. You can't go wrong with Aztec!

I recently had Aztec plumbing come out to fix water pressure problem with my kitchen faucet. The problem was a kink in the cold water supply hose. The tech unscrewed the hose and reattached it. He was here less than 20 minutes at a cost of $187.00. I understand a show up fee but not at a rate $187.00. Will be looking for a new plumber.

Contacted Aztec after purchasing an old mobile home in Florida. Inspector mentioned there may be a need to """"re-pitch the drain"""". Sounds like a minor thing but it's not; it's expensive and time consuming. Contacted 3 places for estimates. First: Aztec is the only company that kept to their appointment time for a quote. Second: Aztec sends you an email when tech is on the way with a photo of your tech, and some background on their experience. What a GREAT feature. David showed up- again on time- Third: He patiently let me draw a diagram of my thoughts even though he is clearly the expert. He allowed me to get on hands and knees while he evaluated the situation. He answered every single one of my questions without a blink. He pointed out one very slight area of concern that may never be an issue. Fourth: We invited him inside and asked him about the model of the toilet in the new house and he offered a suggestion for a better one that coincides with our plumbing. THEN -- here we go -- you won't believe this-- there was no charge for him to let us know we are in decent shape and don't need immediate work. That the drain doesn't need re-pitching. Next, let me tell you this type of work can easily run between $2-5k. He could have told us we needed the whole thing redone -- but he didn't. This outstanding integrity and honesty is going to keep us as customers and going to have us referring more their way. We are the next set of young snowbirds of the generations and we won't be taken advantage of-- had that experience tried by another service company already (hello Google and YELP!). We are confident Aztec wouldn't even try the swindle game. Thanks for the efforts!

Everything about our experience was positive. Jim arrived with everything he needed to replace our water heater. Price was reasonable, Jim left the place cleaner than it was when he arrived, and we are happy with the results. I highly recommend Aztec.

On 2/2015 Aztec Plumbing sent out James T. to do repairs for me. They charged $366to change the inner workings on 2 toilets and to put a new shutoff valve on one. The cost was extremely high. He also replaced the """"main shutoff"""" for $231. 2 days later I learned that shutoff is not, that it is a knob to nowhere. I contacted Aztec on the 13th. It is now the 18th and no one has contacted me. This company is apparently in the habit of ripping off customers. I am disgusted they would take advantage of an older customer.
