I highly recommend Aztec Plumbing. I had an emergency situation and found Aztec plumbing. I first read many great reviews about them and decided to call. Nate was here promptly and fixed the problem immediately saving me a ton on my water bill if the problem wasn't resolved immediately. I had just recently moved to Cape Coral so I am happy to have found Aztec Plumbing and they will be the first I call again for any Plumbing issues. We had issues with water backing up into shower from washing machine and toilet . The plumber showed up same day, told me ahead of time what the cost would be. He fixed clog, but stayed to run washer, sink and toilet simultaneously to make sure everything was clear and the cost was less than previous plumber who didn't fix problem. Tim explained everything he was doing and was on time

Excellent service, same day service the technician Kipp was amazing! He went over everything with me and made me feel very comfortable. He cleaned up as he went. I love that they charge by the job and not the hour. Exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend!

BEWARE AND GET A SECOND OPINION - - Don't let them push you into the we need to send someone to come out - - We had an emergency situation with a water heater that needed to be replaced They provided a quote 2X the cost of 2 other plumbers - - Took advantage and tried to price gouge us !! Back in 2018, Aztec came to the rescue and performed a full re-pipe on the house we were renting; working with our landlord and us to make sure that we were not inconvenienced (see my review from 2018). When we were having issues (at the same house) this month (unrelated to the scope of work performed), Aztec came through with not only rectifying the issue in a timely fashion, but also by working with us on the price. On a personal note, Whitney rose to the occasion during what was otherwise a very difficult time for us, resolving this problem swiftly and smoothly. The staff at Aztec Definitely made us smile

I clogged my kitchen sink and garbage disposal with all those Easter egg shells! What a mess! I called Aztec this morning and by noon, Norge arrived to save the day. He was skilled, professional and friendly. Both Norge and Janet, who made the appointment, were terrific. Everything is working well again. No fuss. No muss. And I could even use the my coupon! Thank you! Aztec re-piped my house several years ago. I will continue to be an Aztec customer and recommend them too.

I recently had a leak in my house that required a complete home re pipe. After talking with friends, I called Aztec plumbing who is actually known in the business for home re-pipes. From the sales person who originally came to my home to completion of project I can honestly say that everything was performed in a timely and effective manner. However, it was the little things that occurred during and because of this re-pipe that Aztec took care of without cost that led me to write this positive review. These guys not only know what they are doing, they do it with care. If you are thinking of hiring a plumber...do not hesitate with Aztec plumbing. I worked with both JIm Goode and Marc Hamilton and both these gentlemen were at the top of their game. Aztec is lucky to have them.

I requested a quote from this company on Monday to install a new electric hot water heater and they refused to quote over the phone. They insisted on sending a tech out to quote it on site. The earliest the tech could arrive was on Friday between 8:00 and 12:00. I waited until 12:00 and no one arrived or called me. At 5:39 p.m. I received a call stating the tech would be arriving in 45 minutes. What a joke! I would never call this company again. These clowns have not idea what customer service is.
