I continue to be very pleased with the response time, the attention to detail and the skills of the plumber, Mike. My concern is that I was authorizing service for a condo in Ft. Myers while reside in Pittsburgh. My disappointment is with the price of the faucet set installed in the kitchen which retails every where for $137 but the installed charge was 4 times that at over $600. Mike had roughly 3 1/2 hour involved commuting for parts and installation which works out to over $200 per hour. A bit pricey.

Jay has done many different repairs and installs for us. He always arrives on time and is friendly and does an amazing job. He has installed our water heater, toilets, water for a new refrigerator, a dishwasher, sinks and bathroom vanities, repaired water leaks and faucets.... seriously he has pretty much taken care of every plumbing need we could have. He is very competitive price wise and does such a thorough job. I know when I have a plumbing problem to call him first!

Stay far away. Replacing two faucets took nearly 6 hours. The sink stoppers don't work because the new faucet is too large for the space and the stopper hits the backsplash. To top it off, the condition of my bathroom was unexcusable!

Steve left plumbers putty all over the floor. Then there was plumbers grease all I've the mirror and cabinets and floor. The caulking that was removed was left all over my sink, countertop and floor mats. The toilet was used and urine was everywhere. Trash from the new faucet packaging was thrown under my sink (that's not where the trashcan is located) and the whole area was so filthy that I three away my children's toothbrushes because Lord knows what grit and debris landed on them. Also, the items in my cabinet were thrown on the floor and not put back.

Unprofessional and did not clean up after himself. Came out and forgot what parts were needed which required a return trip. I have worked with several plumbers during my years in property management and have never come across such poor quality of work and blatant disrespect as I have with Aztec.

After being ripped off by Anderson Plumbing about 10 years ago, my husband discovered Aztec Plumbing and we decided to give Jay a try. I can't emphasized how pleased we were with his work, his pleasant demeanor, and his reasonable prices. It's such a relief not to have to worry about getting decent help when things go awry!

This was by far the absolute best plumbing experience I have had EVER !!!

Jay, the owner, of Aztec Plumbing, came by to address 2 of my toilets leaking and to address a seeping main pipe in my patio.
My first impression: He was in white sneakers, with not a spek of dirt on his clean clothes. I jokingly said"" you are real clean for a plumber"" and he laughed it off, with ""... it's because you are my first customer"". I don't think so. He is so crafty, -- he does not get dirty !

Throughout the next 1.5 hours (he charges by the hour, does not charge for the service call or driving time - as other companies do). He ended up charging me for 1.5 hours. I have always seen plumbers round it up to the next higher number. His van is immaculately clean and organized
(... my kind of a guy). He wiped his feet every time he entered my house. He did not use gloves. Instead he used baby wipes. I am just saying it, as his whole style is so relaxed, professional, knowledgable and thorough, that he takes the time to clean his tools the floor and his surroundings constantly. ... Truly impressive.

The work he delivered was what I needed. Quick, thorough and very crafty.

His charges are unusually ""fair"" for his industry.
Honestly, I have never met such a pleasant, knowledgable and personable licensed professional. It made it a joy to financially reward him for a very modest bill he rendered.

Whoever will have the privilege to work with him, will not only get things done right the first time, - yet will also have a pleasant experience and not feeling ripped off at the end of the service call.

Unfortunately, I had my fair share of either plumbers that were in it for the money, or were just not knowledgable -- yet they charged anyways for the service call. Jay, - does not have a service call charge !!

Jay, it's a pleasure knowing you. You are a very honest professional and render exceptional services. I hope others will spread the word.

When my Mother lived on her own in San Diego, Jay was someone I could trust to be respectful and honest. He is a one man operation, so when you call Jay, you get Jay on time or a call if running a little late, and you have nothing to worry about when the job is done. Seniors are easy targets, so being able to call Jay eliminated all worries!
