I was with Diane B. The technician replaced the housing. The house was vacant for the entire month of September. We she returned home a new filter had arrived for installation. The water pressure was relieved and the housing removed. The O ring was not in the groove but was stretched beyond. The technician refused to make a visit even though Diane would be without water until at least 8 the next morning. The tech told her that lubrication would make the o ring fit . No amount of lubrication can make an o ring shrink. It was obvious to
Arizona Central Plumbing Supply, Ace Hardware and myself that the o ring was installed improperly. I was able to purchase a replacement and install it myself. It is obvious the pipe doctor cannot be relied on to honor their work. It is poor business practice to blame the customer. I have dealt with many plumbing outfits and this one has the absolute worst customer service. A complaint will be filed with the Registrar of Contractors.

I thought they were a good responsible company, I was wrong. They replaced the housing on my filtration system, it was cracked and leaking. The system was less than 3 years old, they did not replace the One Ring. One month later we tried to replace the filter, the One Ring was very thin, and very stretched out, it was way too big for the housing, therefore, it could not be used, and I was without water. They were immediately notified that this was an emergency, it was about 3:30 PM, they did not care that I was without water, they would come the next day. We brought the housing along with the One Ring to two reputable establishment, they both told us it was completely stretched out. The second establishment had a One Ring that fit. We were able to change the filter. I had water; Russell from Pipe Doctor, came the next day, told me it was my fault, it wasn't stretched out, and I caused the leak, he was rude and yelling, There was no leak, I told him this four times, the filter was being changed, the water was turned off. he just kept repeating the same thing, and yelling, I told him to leave. this was the second Filtration system I bought from them, When they replaced the housing they told me to replace the system on its 5th birthday. I will never use this company again, Shame on you, Pipe Doctor Plumbing.

We've had great experiences with AZ's best for jobs ranging from small to large. When we purchased our previous home, the seller informed us that they had the pipes hydro-jetted every 6 months to prevent a slow drain. So, when the kitchen sink was beginning to drain very slowly, we called and requested to schedule hydro-jetting with AZ's best. Shaq arrived and explained that the issue would likely remain and hydro-jetting was not advised, but that installing a vent would solve the problem. We made the mistake of avoiding his advice and proceeding with hydro-jetting. Unsurprisingly, the issue remained and the slow drain began to guconstantly. We called Shaq and scheduled to have a vent installed, which ended up fully resolving the issue.

Since then, we sold our previous home and purchased a new one. We had Shaq install a new tankless water heater to replace a 16-year-old 75k gallon and are very pleased with the result. Overall, I would highly recommend AZ's best for solid work at a reasonable cost.

I had a clogged kitchen sink and needed service as soon as possible. As I called around, most places were booking out several days. AZ Best Pipe Doctor had someone over in 45 minutes! They cleared the clog and let me know how to best prevent it happening again. Price was fair as well. I really appreciate the fast response!

Our aged electric water heater has been limping along for some time, and I called Pipe Doctor Plumbing yesterday. Chris installed a new water heater this morning, and he also replaced a couple of old supply valves for the laundry. It didn't take long, and the cost was reasonable. I'm happy, and will go back to them next time I need a plumber.

Yesterday, a competitor came out to clean my kitchen drain for a bargain rate and could not do the job. They said that I needed Jetting, visual inspection, pipe cleaning and more. The cost starting at at $700. My neighbor had used and recommended AZ""s Best Pipe Doctor Plumbing. I called and rather than hours and no less than $700 out of pocket, the job was done in about 10 minutes at the promised $250 price Thanks, Rob Stevens! Pleasure doing business.

We had an issue with our water heater and they fixed it. The plumber noticed rust on our water heater which indicated a future problem. Although the water heater was a few years old, it was still in warranty. For much less than a new hybrid heater, we replaced our old one that needed frequent service.
