Please, DO NOT call this company!!!
They fix half of the problem. Charge you $300 for 15 minutes of work.
And when you call them and tell them that problem is not solved, they
want to charge you another $200. Very bad people.

We had an active leak in our sump pump area, and after calling our home warranty company that referred us to several companies that couldn't come out immediately, we finally were able to get this company to come out quickly. The plumber, if he actually was ,came out, took many pictures of our leak, did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to it, and immediately referred us to EcoDry, a place to dry out damage from plumbing leaks. Why would I want to freaking dry out a plumbing area when there's still an active leak? Bad on me I paid him the $75 he asked for at least 3 times while I my home and had the other company come out 30 minutes later (so quick, should have been red flag number 2). We did not have EcoDry do anything as they require homeowners insurance authorization. They tell you that it's authorized immediately, but it's not. Don't fall for that, as homeowners most likely won't cover it and it will be 1000s of dollars. Long story longer, I had an actual plumber come out and fix the leak and now all is good. I still have that EcoDry place hounding me for their business to fix the area, (and their sister company hounding me to fix the drywall). What plumber would not fix a leak but call someone out to dry up the area? When he was here he saw we had an active leak with water all over the floor. Disgusting. Oh and he did make sure that he got his $75 fee.

I would never use AZ Preferred again. The nicest thing I can say about them is that there was nothing wrong with the work they did. Work they charged an unreasonable, EXTREMELY high price for, although it did not fix the problem. FYI in Arizona price gouging is not illegal. I will never again not get multiple quotes first, even in an urgent plumbing situation. Hotels and short term rentals are an option. Buyer beware.

Our hall bath shower handle broke off on our son and water could not be shut off at the valve. We noticed the cartridge stem just turned and turned without actually changing the water flow. When I tried to remove the cartridge, it broke off in my hand. It was the 21 year old original Moen. So we got good value!
Luckily, I called AZ preferred around 6:30 pm and Cody was dispatched and immediately went to work. Unfortunately he arrived at 7:50 pm and he had to return the next day to actually replace the cartridge since he did not have the exact part on the van and my local box stores closed at 8:00 pm.
He arrived as arranged and replaced the parts. It was not a simple pullout and replace. He had to heat and pry it out piece by piece-completely disintegrating inside the copper housing. If it had not broke off when I tried to replace it myself he mentioned the pricing would have been much cheaper. It took him 3x the normal amount of time because of my I'll fated attempt.
He was professional knowledgeable and also quite friendly. Ask our pets! We definitely have this company in our contacts for future service. Pricing is what I'd consider competitive although I've never paid anyone to replace a cartridge before. But from conversations with Cody about other services offered , they are in-line with others. Water heaters, water softeners, etc.

Our kitchen sink started backing up this afternoon. We called AZ Preferred Plumbing, they listened to our issue and sent Matthew out quickly. Matthew was professional, efficient and skilled; within no time he isolated the issue and fixed it. We highly recommend AZ Preferred Plumbing and plan to use them again in the future. Thank you

Horrible service!!! And they are THIEVES. They overcharged me and to top it off they never gave me a quote before they started. The owner is a Thief!!!!

Needed a quote on a leak behind a drywall ceiling. Staff mention that a $69 service fee for estimate which I was ok to authorize. Plumber show up and proceed to mentioned that they can't do estimate because leak is behind wall. I ask plumber to look in the attic to see if AC drain line is plugged, and troubleshoot by turning off water and check the water meter to see if the water line is leaking. He given me a lot of reasons that it would be a waste of time and says that they refer these type of repairs to a restoration company they work with. What? ? ? Didn't they know the leak is behind the drywall to begin with? What a waste of my time and my money. Would have give them 2 stars but add additional stars since they end up charging $49 for the service call. On the positive side, staff was professional and on time. If only staff had listen to customer better, we could have avoided wasting each other's time. And most importantly, I was right all along, it was the AC drain line that was plugged.

No very happy with how they handled this job. Paid over $2600 to hook up a stainless steel sink on Feb 26th. It was very poorly done. requested them to come back and fix it. A technician came back to order parts on April 5th unfortunately he has not yet been back to fix. Looks like we're gonna have to find another plumber to finish the job.

Where do I begin? I can't possibly thank Marat and Cody at AZ Preferred Plumbing enough for saving us from a horrible experience with our home warranty company! We had our hot water heater quit and begin to catch itself on fire and needed a replacement ASAP. Our warranty company referred us to another plumbing company (see my other review) and they attempted to demand payment for items we didn't have and wouldn't return our requests to correct. Our warranty company was also a sad excuse for assistance and after a week of no water we were at the end of our rope. I finally called AZ Preferred Plumbing because of their great reviews and Marat and Cody listened to our situation and then went above and beyond to get out and take care of things right away! They answered their phones, stayed after hours to do the work, made us a priority in their schedule, and allowed us to get back on track. They were the perfect example of what a small business should be - exceptional at caring for their customers! We will be clients for life and hope if you're reading this that you'll hire them as well! You won't be disappointed. Thank you AZ Preferred Plumbing! We will never forget your kindness during such a challenging time!!
