Highly recommend this very professional company. I needed a cutoff valve replaced and the only way to get to it was through this little 6""x6"" access panel. I had priced out a larger replacement panel expecting them to need to cut the drywall, but Zia looked at it and said 'I like a challenge, I think we can do this without damaging your wall.' True to his word, the job was complete 60 minutes later. Super courteous & friendly, they used shoe covers when walking around my home and laid down a tarp to catch any mess they made. They left the room spotless! I can't remember the last time I didn't have to clean up anything after a job. Setting up the appointment was painless too, one phone call and I was scheduled for the next morning. I will totally be using AZ Plumbing in the future and you should too.

Mr Zia is professional, highly competent, and easy to work with. He and his team just replaced major sewer line in my 60 year old home in Maryland ($$$$). He made the process smooth and with lower anxiety for me. He fulfilled all his commitments on time. I highly recommend him for plumbing work. 6 appointments, 3 no shows with not even the courtesy of a phone call to cancel. One appt to assess the job to be done, 2nd appt to do the job wrong and had to come back a third time to redo and watch a video on how to install a part correctly. 2nd and 3rd appointments an hour late. Definitely would not recommend or ever use again.

Worst company I ever did business with. They were supposed to show up on Wednesday, than called at 5h45 PM to tell they would be there the next day at 8h00 AM. At 8h30 they do not show up, I call and he says, I am in a traffic jam. 9h30 still no news, I called again to be told he had a car accident? Then they proposed to come the next day between 1h00 PM and 6h00 PM. They did show up at 6h00 PM.
The plumber was so much in a rush to complete the call he came to the apartment without any tools. After few minutes he just said everything was just normal !? That I had no problem with my water presssure. Then he admitted that the problem was with the cartridge.
A week after a receive a call from AHS ((American Home Shield) and they tell me I got to pay $75 service call fee and they will not change the cartridge because my problem is with my water line pressure. They never made any test not even check if my water valve was fully open!!

Our basement was flooded multiple times due to a slow sump pump. I called AZ plumbing and he scheduled a service the next day. He knew what the problem was by just telling him what the problem was on the phone. He came the next day, installed a 2nd sump pump and installed a back up (alarm) complimentary just to help prevent this problem again. He was very professional and even took off his shoes inside the house due to culture. Definitely recommend Mr. Zia to anyone that has plumbing issues!
