Ivan provided me with a quote for the work to be performed and came out the next day to complete the installation. Ivan is a very knowledgeable and has a great customer service mindset in explaining the work to be done with the service call. He is very efficient with his service time and the cost for the work was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call Ivan again in the future for any plumbing and heating work to be done in my home.

I needed to have an undermount sink replaced on a granite counter top. None of the big box stores or any of the plumbers I called would even touch it, due to liability. Ivan contacted me, and after I explained my concerns he explained in detail how he would do the install, and he had done other ones before. He arrived on time and ready to work. The job was a little tricky, but he got it done in 3 hours. I would highly recommend AZ Desert Plumbing, especially if you have a complicated job.

I bought a reserve osmosis system on Amazon and needed to find a plumber for the install. After getting a few bids online AZ Desert Plumbing was the cheapest. The owner Ivan came out and did a great job with the install. He made sure we were happy with the placement with all the pieces. Even had to drill a hole in my granite countertop. I couldn't ask for more. If you have a plumbing project reach out to them and hopefully you will have the same great experience.

I sent out a Yelp request for plumbing problems in Apache Junction. Water was creeping out from under my park model home.

Ivan, with AZ Desert Plumbing, was the first to respond and I checked out his website and the Better Business Bureau website. No complaints noted so I called them and made a no-cost appointment.

Ivan arrived on time, ready to work on an older (20 year old) park model, permanently set on a foundation. He approached the problem from every accessible entrance (3) to the plumbing, to include using a snaked camera when it was determined that it wasn't accessible in person.

He found the leak in the wastewater line and documented it on film. He was willing to decline the job, at no cost for the diagnosis, and refer the job to someone who might be a tiny gymnast. But, he also agreed to gain access through the vinyl siding and plywood sheathing, to which I agreed.

Ivan methodically removed the siding and cut an access panel through the sheathing to access the waste pipe. The failed section was removed and replaced quickly and tested, with no leaks.

Ivan had given me a quote for the job with the caveat that I would reassemble the removed wood and siding. He did quality work as I looked over his shoulder and explained everything he was doing.

When his job was done, I had intact plumbing. And, after the agreed upon job, he went the extra mile and put everything back together, to include using his own parts.

Please, give this business a chance to attack your plumbing business!

So, most of us have had poor experiences with plumbers. Not this time! Almost a month ago I noticed the anti-siphon valve on the side of the house was leaking. So, after consulting Yelp and calling a few plumbers, I decided to give Ivan with AZ Desert Plumbing a try. At that time he only had one review, 5 stars. He responded quickly with a competitive bid that included a first-time customer discount of 10%. He also came out that very afternoon. Besides replacing the leaking anti-siphon valve, I also had him replace the two exterior hose bibs that leaked when turned on (common in AZ). I requested ball valves (much better) and had them screwed, not soldered on in case they leak at some time in the future (not likely). Ivan said he always installed them like that anyway. Good man. In summary, Ivan's prices were very fair, his work is flawless, and he is just a conscientious and pleasurable person to deal with. He also answers any questions thoroughly and will explain at any time what he is doing if anyone is curious enough to ask (I was). In short, call this guy! Ivan with AZ Desert Plumbing is the best!
