This is probably one of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with. No AC for 5 days. Set the appointment on a Friday for them to come out on Monday. Tech didn't show up because I was told that he allegedly was rushed to the hospital and they had to reschedule. Tuesday tech didn't show up because he got into a car accident which seems to be the familiar story on this thread. Called them 4 times that day because my family was so uncomfortable from the heat as well as my four pets. Finally, after insisting, I was able to speak to a supervisor named Paul. He claimed he spoke to the owner, but could not do anything until the next day despite my desperate pleas. He ended up hanging up on me. AHS NEEDS TO FIRE THIS SCAM RIP OFF ARTIST CONTRACTOR.

STAY AWAY!! Tech was 3 hrs late after a 5 hr window provided to me. He showed up, and didn't even look at my AC, he asked me a few questions abt the AC and then just told me that it was old and needed to be replaced. He then advised me to find someone to replace it on my own since he wouldn't do it, and that AHS was not going to cover my replacement. The tech then supposedly sent a diagnoses to AHS of """"no mechanical issue found"""" which means I then had to pay another service fee to have another contractor give me the real diagnosis.

AZ Plumbing was hired as a contractor to fulfill warranty services provided by a home repair warranty co. The technician came to my home to assess the repairs on Wednesday. I hadn't heard anything until the following Monday, when I finally called to see what the status was. The person who answered the phone had no clue as a report still had not been filed. About an hour later, I get a call from the warranty company stating they could not repair my fixture due to the technicians report. Needless to say, this is now an issue with the warranty company. However, the regional director from AZ Remodeling did call me back stating that this is no fault of theirs and they have nothing to do with any errors, i.e., lack of communication on their staff to help resolve this manner in a timely fashion and lack of accepting any kind of responsibility for negligently handling this matter. This is not a business that honors the consumer & anyone seeking work from them should sincerely seek elsewhere.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! AZ Remodel and Plumbing was sent over VIA First American Home Warranty. Technician was on time and presented well. Did not know the Moen Products and I was more than happy to help for 2 hours. I respected his professional ism and to make a phone call to his superiors. I was appalled when he came in from his conference with """" the higher ups in knowledge"""" and said that my $500.00 4 piece brushed alloy kitchen sink set was supposed to be PLASTIC!!! REALLY!!!??? so we parted ways...PLASTIC handles? I ordered the replacement parts from MOEN!!! All original weigh what they should heavy METAL. Clueless and I am at a loss.

I got this company through my First American Home Warranty Service so I had no choice who they sent to work on my air and my plumbing. They do not call ahead to tell you they're coming and don't show up most of the time. Multiple appointment times missed wasting my time. Plumber they sent out the first time to fix a simple toilet running problem insisted he had been doing this for 30 years and did not need to check anything after working on it. Needless to say, 1 of the 3 toilets was not repaired. The air conditioning technician appeared to be nice but was completely rude when I would not pay him cash to clean my coils. He gave a BIG attitude when he left after he said on the way out, I am gone, I'm done, I'm not doing this job, if she wants it done, she'll pay $500! Just a lousy company all around, even the help in the office is like talking to a brick wall. DO NOT go with this company for ANYTHING!

Walter was very courteous and took care to make sure the old disposal did not drip on the floor while taking it out to his truck. He quickly installed a new disposal and ensured everything was working properly. Sent by First American Home Warranty for a leaking garbage disposal.
