We contracted a water softening system install through Costco. Spoke with Miguel in Sales who was helpful and very knowledgeable. Then shortly after, Raul & Alfredo came out and they were on time! After some discission with us, worked the installation of the unit the best way possible for our home and with minimal drilling involved. Great work, guys!!!

I originally signed up through Costco to purchase a completely new HVAC system in June of 2016. I was promptly contacted by AZ AIR for an appointment and estimate. This was followed by a survey and extensive meeting, thoroughly explaining my options and recommendations, complete with breakdown of all costs, what's included, as well as the installation expectations. The best part, there was no upselling, and I felt there was complete transparency throughout the process. I decided to move forward with a complete, all new, high end LENNOX HVAC System.
I was very impressed with the installation process. I had extensive work done, which included the installation of a completely new HVAC system, including replacing all existing ducting with added ducting and all new registers. Electrical service was extended to the new Compressor unit. And all work was beautifully finished, and the sight was left spotless.
Finally, and this is extremely important to me and why I'm always skeptical of contractors in general. Just days before the 5-year warranty was due to expire on the existing ""iComfort touch screen"" thermostat, it stopped working. I immediately contacted AZ AIR and they promptly sent out a senior technician to confirm the problem. It was determined these iComfort thermostats were no longer offered due to their poor performance. They were being replaced by an ""iComfort S30"" Smart Thermostat, which were currently on backorder. So the technician set the existing unit to maintain a constant temperature until replaced by the new unit.
AZ AIR contacted me several weeks later to confirm the new units had arrived, and arrange an appointment. They also informed me of an additional $425.00 System Diagnostic Fee to install the new thermostat, due to wiring and programming changes. However, they would deduct the $129.00 prior service fee from the charge, leaving a $296.00 net fee.
The AZ AIR technician, Jack Hairabian, arrived on time and performed excellent work, skillfully removing old hardware and replacing it with the new hardware. Upon completion of this work, Jack suggested I install a residential air cleaner in the system, noting the quality and no maintenance features of the ""iWave-R"" unit. He noted the simplicity in the installation, and significant benefit in air quality.
Although the cost appeared very high, $950.00, we have a 22 month old child living in the house and pets. So, I trusted AZ AIR and authorized the purchase & installation of the new unit, which took about 20 minutes. The unit has performed very well to date.
Subsequent to the purchase, I was reviewing the ""iWave-R"" unit's reviews online, when I discovered
the units were selling for $450.00, and I was taken aback by the cost differential. So, AZ AIR - Consumer Relations Department was contacted about the discrepancy, and Monique, the Manager graciously agreed to honor the lower price.
I continue to trust AZ AIR to offer the best service, in a timely and professional manner. They do go the extra mile for their clients.

I absolutely would return to AZ for any installation of a system -- they were brilliant ... SIX stars as the work people were thoughtful, clean, helpful, and terrific.
Why only three stars? Because accidentally, one of the window handles was broken and I only saw it after the job was completed. Initially, they were terrific: someone came, took the broken part, and photographed another of the 3 identical handles and said they would replace that one as well. That was 4-5 months ago. I call, their customer service person, Monique, does not return my call and nothing is resolved.
Why don't I forget about it? I'm 83. I did offer that -- if they couldn't find a replacement I would pay for the 2 new ones that were needed. No one responded to that either.
This review would not have been written if I could have determined who was the CEO. I'll bet I would have gotten a response!

One of our two AC heat pumps died before summer, so we've got a referral via Costco to this company. Mr. Jesus Pimentel helped us with the assessment, budgeting out the systems and aftercare. We had an army of workers replaced and install the Heavy duty Lennox systems. The project was little pricier than the other bidders, but we went with AZ as they guarantee their work as well as cost backing them up. Jesus was great along the way with getting the signatures for the work permit as well as answering my novice questions patiently. We have a reliable AC system now & we are super happy with the results. We've got a nice rebate from the Costco too. Thank you AZ team.

I have to thank Rafael for his prompt response and more importantly for his knowledge in the water softener system we bought from Costco.
After the installation, he personally came to set up the system and all the necessary adjustments to the system.
It works great now and we love it.

We had a Lennox split mini air conditioning system installed by AZ Air Conditioning installed in our home last Saturday. We were quickly contacted after calling for an estimate and their representative Mike Mendoza came to see us a few days later. We specifically asked for him because our son was extremely pleased dealing with Mike before when our son had a mini split system installed in his house by AZ . Mike Mendoza looked at our air conditioning needs, looked at our options, made recommendations, and calculated the cost(s) and various discounts. We made a decision to have the system installed just 4 days later. The AZ crew finished the job in one day, cleaned up, gave us a tutorial on using it, and we've been enjoying quiet, cool air since. We are very pleased with AZ and Mike Mendoza.

I had this company come out for routine service and to redo my vents. In less than a month my air conditioning stopped working. I called the company and they sent someone out, 5 days later! 30 minutes after they left the air conditioner stopped working. I was given an appointment 3 days later. The day before the appointment they called to cancel the appointment and they said they'd call me when they had another one available. I went ballistic! They somehow managed to get someone out. Within 30 minutes after they left the air conditioning stopped working. I called and left a message. In the morning I called another company and he was out in 3 hours. My air conditioning works. AZ called back at 10 am and I obviously cancelled the appointment and my service contract. The guys that came out were very nice but didn't seem to know what they were doing. The office staff are well trained at being calm but not listening. I wouldn't do business with them again.

I was referred to AZ through a friend and am so happy I went with their service. Jonathan the technician was very knowledgeable and was able to help us with all of our needs. He was extremely efficient, the company gave us reasonable quotes. Jonathan went into detail about everything we should know prior to fixing our unit. The valley heat is no joke this summer and I am extremely happy with the service that AZ Air Conditioning has provided me. Jonathan came on time and communicated to us in the best possible way, walking us through the entire process. Thank you AZ for your awesome service and knowledgeable and employees!

We bought a Lennox AC system from Costco about 5 years ago. And AZ air conditioning was recommended to use for routine maintenance. This is the worst company we ever dealt with. They lured us into a monthly subscription that covers pretty much nothing. Additionally we had them come recently to replace the air filter. At that time they were supposed to clean the system, replace the filter etc. they removed the old filter showed us how heavy it is with dirt and that they did a good job cleaning up the unit and replacing the filter but recommend duct cleaning. After spending $1000 more for duct cleaning the svc guy tells us that we need to add another UV system so the coil to the unit can keep functioning better and that it has a lot of dust collected. Keep in mind this should have been taken care of by the other team but they sold us the duct cleaning. And the duct cleaning guy is selling something else and says that it will cost us $1700 more otherwise the system will break down.. this is the way they do business upsell and god knows they go up into the attic and May be messing things up and selling their Svcs to fix the problems they are creating or should have taken cars of as part of the monthly subscription. Very unethical, unprofessional company who seem to care more about how to see their services and squeeze as much money out of you as possible and not have the responsibility to be honest. Professional and deliver good service... I do not recommend this company at all.

THE WORST. Sold my elderly parents an extremely overpriced Lenox unit that they didn't need ($17,300) and they have had issues with it since the first year it was installed. We have had several companies come out to service the unit over the past 3-4 years, including AZ who wanted to charge my parents almost $1,000 to diagnose the problem after my parents just finished paying off the unit (which they did not agree to pay cause that is RIDICULOUS for a brand new expensive unit). It urns out that the coil AZ installed was either faulty from day 1 or installed incorrectly. I called AZ to discuss to see if they would be decent enough to fix the issue with the equipment they sold, but they basically said they understand but don't care since it is beyond the 1 year warranty they have for installation. Thankfully Lenox will cover the parts through the 10 year warranty with them but now my parents must pay another company $2,800 for the labor to fix it. SO - if you want to pay almost $20,000 for faulty equipment to be installed and a company that doesn't care and takes advantage of sick elderly people by all means go with them. If you care about purchasing equipment that works and decent customer service that backs up their work go with someone else. We went through Costco for this purchase and we will be filing a complaint with them along with a complaint to the better business bureau against AZ. I am also going to be contacting a lawyer to see what our options are. RIDICULOUS and be wary of this awful company.
