We are finally getting the remote control. Our unit in the master bedroom is rattling. The part is on order. The company has been kind however, they just do repairs- so in less than 2 months we are repairing a motor on a unit we've used a handful of times. Every time we talk to someone at the company they (cheerfully) explain that they just repair and our parts are on back order. So, we basically have to accept that our brand new unit is in need of repairs because they're not the manufacture.

Bad Customer Service
I had an appointment scheduled with them yesterday between the hours of 5p-6p and no one showed or called to say they weren't coming.
They called yesterday afternoon to confirm. When I called them this morning to find out what happened, no one was able to give me an explanation. I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt and let them reschedule me for another appointment but when they called me back I was informed that the earliest time they had available was Monday of next week.
If this is how they do business then they don't deserve my business. I was connected with them through Costco. Maybe Costco needs to evaluate who they're doing business with.

This rating is specifically for our recent service technician, Andrew W. We replaced our system with a new one with AZ about 4 years ago. Overall, we have been very happy with our system and the service although, surprisingly, we've had to have a few parts repaired in the very short time that we have had our system (incurring some out-of-pocket labor costs not covered by our warranty). For the most part, our service reps have been quite good, some very good in fact, and AZ has been great about scheduling maintenance calls and following through on all of our service needs. Most recently, Andrew W came out for a scheduled maintenance call. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, positive attitude, friendly and respectful demeanor, and attention to detail. It is refreshing to have someone who goes the extra mile to make sure that the client is happy with the service and Andrew did just that. He is a great representative of the company and impressed me so much that it prompted me to write this review. I should also mention that Alfredo, Jessie, and Jack (previous service reps) have also been a pleasure to work with as are Caesar and Daniel who have scheduled the bulk of our appointments.

While I was very pleased in my earlier review regarding the installation of our HVAC unit, I must admit that ""service after the sale"" has been extremely poor.
When we purchased our system we were told that we would be receiving a gift card of $925 as an incentive to purchase and install our unit through Home Depot/AZ Air Conditioning and Heating. After looking at the numbers we felt that this was a competitive bid so with went with AZ.
Now, 4+ weeks later, I have yet to receive my gift card. I have had no resolution short of ""lip service"" from our salesperson playing the ""blame game"".
As I texted my salesperson, Mario, ""please try to look at this from my point of view. I am the client. I contacted Home Depot for a new heating and air unit and they chose YOU (AZ Air Conditioning and Heating) as my agent. You are my point person. You are the person that I am expecting to resolve this issue for me.""
In short, while AZ is happy to make the sale and runs a smooth install, the service ends there. If you are considering a purchase with the ""promise"" of a gift card I would advise looking elsewhere for a service provider.

Initial quote and install very quick and efficient. However, follow through with closing permit and inspection horrible. My last house they never got the permit closed and my current house has been over a year of inspections and still not closed. They don't know what inspections need to be done so each time the inspector comes out to sign something off, the inspector says we need a different type and additional inspection. AZ forgets to schedule and follow up on remaining inspections and repairs/corrections needed. I have had to call them on two different occasions the day of to find out they canceled my long awaited inspection the day before. They state their log shows they left me a voicemail, however I show no record of such. So, twice now I have changed my schedule and plans to accommodate them and now I have to once again. It seems once they get paid, the ball gets dropped. The equipment seems to be great, which it should for the cost. I feel like I have to guide them down the inspection process to get my city permit closed.

Mario Garcia and the crew that came out were incredibly professional and timely. The installation took less than a day and the work done was flawless. They made sure to inform me of the steps along the way, I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a hassle free hvac installation.

Professionally installation, hard working and they cover all area in my house, left no trash behind. Also, no one can beat Costco's price.

Pedro Zabala and his crew did an awesome job on the installation of a new furnace, ducting, return vent widening, manual dampers, and a fabricated plenum. They really cleaned up a past job that had left my previous heater on bricks, with a dryer vent, and a tape connection rather than with metal.
Juan with sales also was able to compete on pricing that I had quoted from other companies such as home Depot and other locals.
Overall this was really straight forward and simple 1 day installation. I'd recommend to anyone that wants a new combo heating and cooling system or needs to cleanup a poor installation job.

PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY! My husband and I just renovated our house. We were referred to this company by Home Depot as they were one of the vendors selling their services in the store. The technician Jack came out and gave us quotes of everything that needed to be done. It was quite expensive. We did pay them $79 for what I guess we will never know. We almost pulled the trigger until we noticed on our camera that the technician totally broke our door leading from the garage to our house. Completely knocked out our alarms system. I tried multiple times to get someone on the phone and of course the managers were always busy. We finally got a text saying a manager would be out to see the damage on Christmas Eve day. Of course no one called or showed up. we still needed the work done so I called 3 different HVAC companies to come out and give us quotes. Every single one of them had almost the same scope of work that needed to be done. When I say almost half the amount of work that AZ claimed we needed. AZ claimed we needed brand new coils in the garage and outside. All 3 other companies said the coils were in great shape and very clean. I will be going into Home Depot on Monday to share my experience and show them all the quotes from the other 3 very reputable companies and then show them the quotes from AZ. They need to know the type of company they are allowing to scam their customers. Please BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND DO YOUR RESEARCH! I almost made the mistake of going with this company because they were at Home Depot.

We had them come to fix our heat and they didn't. Charged us a $100 and the problem remains. Called them the next day and was told it would now be $500. And it will now take a very long time to get the parts according to them.
