My thermostat is off yet my ac is blasting cold air with a unit that az air installed. I've called multiple times over the last several hours as I have a toddler and a pregnant wife. It's now 130 in the morning and all the lady can say is she will keep trying to reach the technician. This is unacceptable and beyond disappointing. My house is freezing and I can't get help.

We had purchased an AC and heat system through Costco, and Ric's team through AZ Air and Heat, arrived today sharply at 8:00 am, ready to work. I was introduced to everyone on the team that would be in and out of my house all day. I was expecting the amount of work to take days, yet they pulled it off in one. They began by thoughtfully covering everything in sight with plastic to protect our furniture. Then they began by removing our house's old 1950s furnace and installing a technologically advanced system. Throughout the day, Ric made sure I was aware of everything being done to my house necessary for the installation. Air and heat is distributed evenly throughout our house and we couldn't be more thrilled. Honestly you saved us!

I got central air through Costco and this company is the contractor. Very good communication, quotes and explanation of things before signing. On the appointed day the crew of 6-8 arrived promptly at 8:30 am, each crew member worked different areas of the home and by 4 pm the central air installation was complete and working. Protective plastic sheeting laid everywhere and work areas were vacuumed to make sure no dust or stuff remained.The technician installed the wifi thermostat and explained it's working to me. The whole thing was done very professionally. All post installation important points were explained to me after installation too.

I would highly recommend this company for the professionalism and efficiency.The central air is simply superb!!!!!!!!!!!!

The service we received was exceptional. From the initial consultation, installation, to final city inspection, the staff have all been exceptionally helpful and professional.

The quality of work is without a doubt the best I've ever seen. They knew exactly what it takes to get the job done, and get them done right the first time.

Wow! Who did this company pay off to erase all the negative reviews!
AZ ripped me off for over $500.00
They sent their C team over to install a mini split ductless system in my garage and it drained into the wall instead of outside because the installer
didn't know what he was doing, They came out 5 different times to fix and charged me 80 bucks each time. Eventually they fixed the problem but didn't fix drywall or paint that they f___ed up. Use anyone except AZ!!!!!!
Total BOZOS not to mention thieves!!!

The workers were so professional! Even in hot weather and our tight attic, they were extremely hardworking! They made certain that everything in my home from floor to ceiling was protected from debris and damage. They were also so meticulous in cleaning up after the job was finished. What an awesome crew! Also, Ashton, their sales rep who came out to our house, was so pleasant and professional! He didn't try to scam or use any pressure-sale tactics on us. These guys did not at all fit any negative Yelp comments or descriptions from other customers. It also helps that AZ is a vendor to a trust-worthy company like Costco. We were extremely satisfied with the work done by these very hardworking, dedicated guys. If AZ keeps up with superior service like this, I'm sure they'll do exceptionally well in the future. Truly wish them well!

Excellent service, they installled a High efficiency system wit 3 zones and finally we are happy because we can sleep at night . If you want a fair and reliable AC guy AZ is the place.

Pa the employees were clean , wore shoe covers and cleaned after themselves.

The a/c unit in my house has one of their stickers on it so when I discovered a sewer gas smell coming from the a/c vents from time to time when the air is running I called them to ask if I could speak with a technician over the phone for a quick minute to ask if it could possibly be associated with the a/c or if I should call a plumber instead. The person who answered the phone was nice but said that the only way I could ask that question was to schedule a $99 service call. I could not speak with a technician. I have no problem paying for service but I don't want to schedule and pay an HVAC guy to come out just to tell me in 30 seconds that I need a plumber instead. I am disappointed they couldn't do more to help me determine if I needed their service.

I would give them 4-1/2 stars but that is not an option. The only reason I would mark them down 1/2 star is due to the price. They were higher than the other estimates I received but I would totally recommend them. They were very professional, covered the floors and walls of the entry area, and ensured that the the job was done right.

The system is very quiet and works perfectly.
I would definitely use them again.

A pleasant experience working with this company and its crew. From the estimator to the last person of their crew, everyone was professional, courteous, and attentive to my questions and requests. I have to admit that I was in a ""defensive posture"" from the beginning of the process, as past encounters with contractors of any sort have been full of surprises. No surprises here. Job as quoted, done on time by their very professional and polite crew.They even returned to patch some cracks after I have signed off, given that the patch material they used needed time to dry.

Definitely recommended.
