Professional, kind, trustworthy - I was not home but I had a leak in my house and wanted to get it taken care of ASAP. The plumber who took care of it called me before and after, answered all my questions, sent me pictures and videos of the work, and put me totally at ease. I wasn't worried at all about leaving them unsupervised in my house. Would highly recommend, and they'll be my first call if I ever have another plumbing issue.

One of the better Rooter companies out there. I'm located in La Verne, Ca and my sewer main was backed up. The service technician....... Junior assessed the problem in a timely manner, explained the process of how he was going to unclog the main and properly dispose of and debris pulled out. My family was happy the problem was quickly resolved.

You never realize all the things you use hot water for until your hot water heater goes out. Mine went out yesterday but less than 24 hours later a new water heater has been installed and is working beautifully! Freddy was the technician that came out. Super friendly and explained everything in detail. I'm a renter so he had to work through the owner, but he still took the time to let me know everything that was going on. He arrived on the early side of when arrival time was promised. Definitely recommend this company!

After another plumber blew me off this past Saturday (and lied about sending a message), I sent out Yelp inquiries to get a garbage disposal changed out. AYS responded quickly with a reasonable price point. Their hours of operation is up to 8pm . After requesting that they arrive after 3pm, Junior arrived around 530. The installation was a little problematic with multiple incidents of leaking but it was finally done and he left. Luckily I did not pay the invoice as I continued to run the dishwasher and sink faucet. I noticed that the dishwasher was not draining and that the disposal was leaking again. I quickly contacted Junior and he came right back to fix it. He forgot the little seal in the disposal where the dishwasher drainage hose connects to. Hey, it happens. We're all human. Thankfully he was able to finish the job to my satisfaction. I recommend AYS and will be happy to contact them again for a future job that I am planning for. Thank you.

I needed to have my old water heater replaced AYS Plumbing & Rooter are very professional the plumber Athen came on time and installed a new water heater and replaced all copper tubing and fixtures. We had tree roots that caused a 700 gallon per day leak from our meter to our house. Mike, Junior, Freddie and Adam were able to replace over 60 feet of pipe all buried under concrete all in one day with minimal water interruption to our house. And to top it off, AYS gave us a price that three other plumbing companies had quoted us thousands more. They also replaced the concrete and left my front courtyard back to original with new concrete. We have found our forever plumbing company and highly recommend their services.

Fast and friendly staff. Showed up the same day for an estimate. Their price was 5x more than others. They basically want to charge me $1000 an hour to move a few pipes. Ridiculous.

Can't rate their service because they were too expensive for me. Called on Wednesday and they were able to come out at a convenient time for me the next day.
They arrived at 4:30 and had a price for me by 5:00.
$400 to remove the toilet, replace the wax seal and replace it. $250 to snake the slow draining bathroom sink.
They quoted me $710. I may be way off with my expectations but that's too pricey for me.
