Can't rate their service because they were too expensive for me. Called on Wednesday and they were able to come out at a convenient time for me the next day.
They arrived at 4:30 and had a price for me by 5:00.
$400 to remove the toilet, replace the wax seal and replace it. $250 to snake the slow draining bathroom sink.
They quoted me $710. I may be way off with my expectations but that's too pricey for me.

This was the finest customer service I have ever received by a plumber. I had a plumbing emergency on a Friday night. I called your office and the most courteous plumber Mike Garcia, agreed to come immediately! He had a very respectful attitude and did the work efficiently and quickly. I would recommend AYS to all of my friends and family!

Have no idea how plumbing even works but HECTOR explained everything to me in a way that made so much sense & fixed the problem!! Apparently I paid a great price for the service as well because when I mention it to my fam/friends they immediately respond with ""what a steal!!!"" 10/10 would highly recommend if you going thru some sh*t.. literally

I wouldn't normally write a review about a company that did work for me on my house unless it really meant something. Being a contractor for many years I know what to look for and what shouldn't be there to say the least sometimes lol with peoples work I've seen, you could say I've seen it all. However this contractor was fast give me a good price did everything to code and aesthetically pleasing boot. It was enduring to not have to breathe over a shoulder of a contractor doing work for me. I will honestly say for any and all plumbing jobs I have coming up or someone I know I will be referring this guy out over myself because I was very impressed for once. Amazing!!!!

This company is very responsive and open 24 hours, which is great when it comes to plumbing especially.
I had a leak under my kitchen sink and it was discovered by AYS when I was trying to have a new dishwasher installed. Long story short, they wrote up the claim for damage to my insurance company and in having to fix the damage under the sink, I was able to get my countertops and backsplash replaced ( they had to remove all of that to replace the cabinet that was damaged). AYS went the extra mile to get my kitchen fixed back to its original condition.
I have called them since and been very happy with their services!
I feel they have been very honest and fair, they don't gouge the customers either!

I am giving ays plumbing and rooter a 5 star review. I had a clog from my kids throwing stuff in the toilet. It was last minute and I called ays plumbing and rooter. When my father had his whole house clogged up, we didn't know what to do. We called several plumbers and after couple no shows we decided to give AYS Plumbing & Rooter a try since they had amazing reviews. They answered our call and scheduled us promptly. Mike and Athen were able to find the source of the clog and resolve the issue. They did an amazing job, they very friendly, clean and informative.

Wow these are guys are good! Mike came out on a Tuesday night for a clogged main line, figured out what the problem was and cleared the clog in the same night. Mike was even nice enough to tighten down a toilet seat that had been loose for longer than I'd like to admit. Found my plumbers!
