I had water gushing from a broken pipe in the evening, after work hours I had to turn off my water. I called Ayotte Plumbing. They came the next day around 3:30pm. I was impressed with how quickly they put me on their schedule. Yes, I had to pay overtime rates but I didn't wait long. One plumber told me they could schedule me for August....not acceptable, I had no water at all. That you Ayotte Plumbing. The guys who came were professional, polite and knew what they were doing.

I paid $180 for the Ayotte Plumber to tell me that I will need $5200 for a low end GoodMan 80% efficiency furnace that sells for ~$900. They refused to fix my furnace. All this company is is a bunch of Money Grabbers. I found another HVAC Company who serviced my furnace and now my furnace is functioning normally. On top of that my wife and I are considering buying a central air system for our house; I will not be calling Ayotte for service for sure.

Dont check their website for reviews you fill out a form and if its a good one it goes on the website lmao Called in the middle of the night because Ad says 24 hour emergency repair. Told they will be by in the morning. Ok fine only 45 degrees in my house, but whatever. Guy came on time, kinda friendly. After telling us it's a quick fix with a 200$ part (380 when all was said and done of course) A little over an hour with travel to get said part. 1125 bucks.. yup it was a Saturday but I was NEVER TOLD double time for Saturday labor. Had to call and speak with Dean and the office manager. Both were so rude and spoke to me like I should be thankful it was done at all. Long story short got a refund for being over charged. Beware just another RIP OFF that thinks they are the only plumber around. PS buy your own parts they upcharge over 30% and asked me how I made money on my business since I do not do this. Thanks for the heat, no thanks for all the other nonsense. Shameful

I have used Ayotte of Chlemsford for several different plumbing issues. One was water in basement which they quickly determined the problem. The second one was a blocked shower drain. In both cases, they were very quick in coming out - often on the same day that I called. They were always very courteous and professional. They fixed the job quickly and I was very satisfied with their service. I highly recommend them.

I've always had great service! From maintaining my furnace to A/C unit and bathroom updates...they did quality work, fast, and reasonable prices. They clean after themselves and friendly with kids and pets. It was an enjoyable visit during stressful times. I would recommend this plumber and HVAC people to everyone!

Late spring rainy and cold spell meant a little heat was needed to take the chill out in the house. But the pilot was out and would not relight. I replaced the Thermocouple but the pilot still did not light. I'm not a HVAC specialist, so I called the pros. Or so I thought. Ayotte came out same day (Saturday) to help, and stated it was most likely the gas valve, and they would have to order first thing Monday. Late Monday, receive a call to schedule the visit, that already occurred, then they state they need to get the boiler model number. Which the tech already took a picture of and wrote down. By this point, I still won't have heat until Tuesday at least, with a house full of people. I had another specialist come out, who lit the pilot on the first try. His trick? Holding the button down for 45 seconds. Something Ayotte didn't try, and was going to charge for a gas valve, on top of the $250 to mis-diagnose the issue.
My boiler could break in January at 0 degrees outside, and I wouldn't call Ayotte.

Called Ayottes Plumbing on a recommendation from a retired plumber. Was in the immediate need of a hot water heater replacement. Called on Saturday, left a message with the answering service hoping I would hear from them on Monday. First thing Monday as promised they called. I was able to send pictures of the old HW heater, and after a few pertinent questions was able to schedule the replacement that day . They came on time, they were in and out in no time, polite and professional. I am sure I could I have shopped around but I am completely satisfied with the work that they did. Bad customer service, scheduled for a tech to come out, took time off of work then on got a call from their office on the day of scheduled service saying they forgot to give tech the work order and couldn't even accommodate our availability, don't bother with them.
