We had a toilet that would not drain properly, it confounded me for a year or so as I tried everything recommended by all sorts of videos on you tube and other sites. David and his team came out, and diagnosed the problem, and had it corrected that same day. I highly recommend them.

DO NOT HIRE! They are highly recommended by JD Taylor contacting to instal our new toilet & 2 vanity faucets. One of their workers forgot to put the drain putty, so water leaked from BOTH brand new Lahara faucets (with metal drains) into brand new vanity cabinets. They blamed it on Delta, stating it was the pop-up drains, but refused to put it in writing. So, Delta honored the lifetime warranty & sent new pop-up drains immediately. They were supposed to come back to change the drains, but then never did & refused to warranty the toilet that they installed. The contractor, JD Taylor, blamed also Delta & Home Depot, where we purchased the faucets. Now we're stuck with $600 extra cost for another plumber to fix their mistake!
