He went through a detailed explanation before he did the work and also when he was done. He did a professional job in a timely manner! I would not hesitate calling him again!

Juan is the only plumber provided the estimate of the water heater model that I wanted. He arrived on schedule and performed the installation. The unit was defective, not Juan's fault, where he called Rheem to expedite the part. The part arrived the next day and Juan came the following day and got my new water heater resolved.

I had some issues with my water pressure so I reached out to a few plumbing companies on Yelp. Juan responded almost immediately and said he could be out at 9am the next day. Not only did he show up on time but he called me on the road to provide his ETA. While he was at my house he was extremely professional and incredibly thorough. He walked me through everything he was doing and asked for my feedback along the way. ""Do you think this is better for the pressure or no?"" He went to the plumbing supply store for me TWICE. Can't give him enough praise! It's such a great feeling when you finally find a contractor who you can trust - Juan has built a loyal customer in me!

Awesome service, called him answered right away, I had called others no answer. Explained the problem said he would be here later in the day called me back moved his schedule around to accommodate us sooner very much appreciated. Unclogged the outside connection and showed us everything he did step by step, first time home owners so appreciate the time he took with us. Worth every penny. Had a slow drain issue and Juan was the only person that got back to me in a timely manner. Showed me where my issue is and made recommendations to avoid this issue again. Juan & his son were AMAZING! We cannot recommend them enough. They are extremely responsive, friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. Juan moved around his schedule on a Saturday to install a toilet last minute for us. He also ended up staying longer & installing 2 faucets for us (that we thought we would be able to install ourselves which clearly didn't work lol). We will definitely be using them in the future & recommending them to all of our family and friends!

A&Y was the first to respond to my request for a quote (to replace one toilet and repair another) and gave me what I felt was a good price. Juan and his assistant showed up in less than one hour and performed all necessary work very efficiently and with no surprises. They cleaned up after they were done and I couldn't have asked for more. They are now my go-to plumbing company. Highly recommended.
