A&Y Plumbing have been great with response, quality work, cost, and overall plumbing services needed. Appreciate Juan explaining how he will address the repairs before he starts the work and patiently answers any questions. I recently had a showerhead, bathroom faucet, valves and older toilet replaced in bathroom; as well as clogged kitchen sink faucet cleared. (Having things work as they should is fantastic!) Appreciated Juan and Antonio cleaning up well afterwards too. Have recommended him to other neighbors as well as using for our condo building when needed.

Juan and Antonio drained and flushed out the hot water heater and replaced the faucets, drain fixtures and drain pipe on a 70-year old basement sink. Highly skilled, professional, honest, friendly, reasonably priced - I could go on and on. They also went the extra mile to carefully check and double check the water pressure on all faucets, hot and cold and removed hard to reach kitchen sink pipe/faucet sediment. Water pressure is amazing - better than ever. Eight year old hot water heater running quietly with no knocks. Also left the place cleaner than when they started. If you need great plumbers, which are very, very hard to find, look no further. Highly recommended.

Edit for 2023: I wanted to update my review just to note how helpful A&Y has been over the years. In late 2022, we moved into a new house that had a LOT of plumbing issues due to the previous owners. We have needed a ton of various plumbing fixes and it has been SUCH a relief to know we had someone we could contact who is so communicative, helpful and always gets the job done well. From leaks, to pipe repair, to gas line removal, these guys can do so much, so well. And when we had a job that was too large, they told us so and recommended another quality team. Honestly, these guys are the best and we cannot say just how much we appreciate them. They are the real deal and you are absolutely in great hands with them. Thank you so much and happy new year!

Juan and his brother did such a great job fixing my leaky toilet. They were so friendly, explained their whole process, and were very affordable. I highly recommend calling them for any plumbing issues you have, you will NOT be disappointed. I'm saving their number for future jobs!

Juan responded to my call for a stopped up tub. He was able to come by the next day. He explained what the problem was and was able to clear the blockage. Juan and his assistant were very nice and made sure everything was tidy before they left. I believe his pricing was very fair. I will definitely hire him again when I have plumbing issues.

The booster pump in our Victorian house was leaking badly so I called this family- owned local company. To be sure they could fix it, they requested a photo, which I sent. They said they could correct the problem They arrived on time on the scheduled day, quickly removed and replaced the defective part, and charged a reasonable price. I was quite pleased with their efficient professional service.

Juan and his brother came to my house to push back my gas pipe so that my stove could be more flush to the wall. They did a great job and I'm super happy now that my stove doesn't stick out as much. I'll definitely be calling them again in the future for any plumbing jobs!
