Andrew came to the rescue on a hot day he repaired my AC. I truly appreciate his transparency. He was the only one out of five vendors that told me upfront the cost of Freon and his fee. Very handy and work hard. The precious investigator assigned by American warranty told me there is a gas leakage. However it is not the case. Techs from AY EMP found the key reason that is there was something blocking in the gas pipeline. They finally fix the problem. Very nice work.
