After saying they couldn't do anymore and leaving it a mess outside, they came back and cleaned up the install. It looks professionally done, the new lines are clipped down, the slab my unit on has been evened up and all the hanging slack has been taken out of the lines. There was nothing that could be done about going into my attic in the middle of the eave, but now that everything has been cleaned up it is no longer an eyesore. Mistakes happen and not everyone can be at their best everyday, but I really appreciate their commitment to making it right.

If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would do it.

We called them late on a Friday afternoon because we knew they had a plumber there. My elderly and disabled mother had a toilet that was running, leaking, etc.

The gentlemen at AxsomAir were absolutely great. I spoke with Matthew, who Im assuming is one of the owners, and he asked me to give him a couple of minutes. He called back (quickly) and said he had a plumber who would be at her house in 15 minutes. Christian was there very shortly and had everything fixed in no time.

In this age where companies and employees seem to be believe they are doing you a favor by letting you hire them, AxsomAir and their staff couldn't have been more friendly, professional, and accomodating.

I highly recommend them for any A/C work you have (they replaced her A/C compressor last year) as well as any other services they provide, like plumbing.
