Found Axis through Yelp and per the reviews they were spot on. The owner was extremely responsive and I never had to follow up. He showed up on time and as promised per his email. He submitted my back flow testing papers and confirmed via email.

He didn't charge for travel time (which other businesses did which I thought was odd). This guy seemed honest and very fair prices. Highly recommend.

I was in need of some backflow testing on my home in the city of Renton. I went through the list of service providers that the City of Renton gave me. Many were out of business. As I made my way through the list I came to Axios. Jeff answered and gave me a quote that was about 1/2 the price of another proiver quoted me, in addition, Jeff said he could complete the job right way (within 48 hrs of my contacting him) Jeff kept his word and I couldn't be happier. Very friendly, reliable, prompt, and professional. He does it all: the back flow testing (of course), filing the results with the city, and if it needs it, repair of the back flow valve assembly. I'm delighted to have seen him for three years in a row!

Fantastic communication. Able to squeeze us in quickly when we accidentally forgot about our backflow testing requirement. Gave us a call before arriving, and showed up right when he said he would. Cost is comparable with other providers we used in the past, but service was better (in that he filed with the city promptly, and didn't require reminder/prodding).

I had such an amazing experience working with Axis Backflow Testing! I had procrastinated my Backflow testing and was coming up on the due date. They were so quick to come and complete my testing. Unfortunately there was an issue with my Backflow but they fixed it very quickly, and provided the final cost before moving forward so everything felt very transparent, which I really appreciated! Great communication and gave me a heads up before both of their visits. I will use them in the future.
