We moved into a new place with some bad plumbing issues and got to know ...'some plumbers'. The ones that finally fixed our issue were Ramon and his crew at Axiom. They did an exceptional job servicing and solving an issue. It ended up requiring more work than we'd hoped, but after doing the work and replacing the old lines, it was apparent from the condition of the old pipes that the work was absolutely necessary. They re-routed and replaced the existing lines that were almost completely failed/clogged shut and then resolved/flushed the whole system. They took the time to understand, diagnose and think through the likely causes of our issues and were very smart in figuring out how to resolve the issue without it costing us a lot more. We had some other plumbers out that would (only temporarily) solve the short term drainage problem and auger out the system, but not fix the core issue. Now it's fixed and nice to be able to use our kitchen sink again :-) Thanks guys!

The plumber who came was unprofessional and rude, when asked about the issue he stated ""didn't you hear what I told you "" he didn't even resolve the issue and ended cutting the balancing rope guide and stated he asked my mom, she said he was going to leave it open and said that was the only way to close it or he was gonna leave it that way, he opened it and couldn't get it shut. My next letter will be to the BBB.
