Axiom has been so great to our family and our household. We had our water heater fail and within a few days they managed to squeeze us in since we had a baby and didn't have hot water for well over a week. The owner is so awesome and so graciously let us pay a 50% down and the rest upon job completion for our new tankless when he did not have to. I'm so thankful. Ive worked with Mitch and Joe and they are both very friendly and great at what they do. Currently as I write this I am having my kitchen plumbed so I can finally have a sink. Definitely recommend this company and these employees. They know how to treat their customers. They even offered to match the bid of another company to do my sink job which I was so happy about because I had a pre-existing relationship with them and trusted the quality of their work.

Axiom is simply the best in Portland! I have lived in my house for over 20 years, and in the last few years, my over 100-year-old house's plumbing started breaking in major ways.
Axiom has replaced my main water line and sewage line and has had to fix much of the work of other plumbers. Axiom is professional and efficient, and they truly care about their clients. Axiom has saved me during the ice storms in winter, summer, fall, and spring. They are consistent in their customer service; their work is always on point. Back in March I left a review for this business. The response was that several messages were left was totally untrue....only response I received was a business card in my front door. I attempted to call and surprise surprise was asked to leave my call back info and the project manager would be calling back..after 5 weeks of messages I DECLINED

After initial drain issue recurred we had Axiom dispatch arrange on a very shoft notice for their plumber to replace our leaking pipe. We are very thankful for this. Axiom got my job done quickly and correctly. My home water main burst, and I hired them to drill in a new one. The soil conditions and other challenges made the job very difficult. Their team ended up working 16 hours straight to get my water back on. It was surreal to see them still having a good attitude at midnight after such a long day. Every person on the job was friendly, respectful, professional, and hard-working. Obviously I am impressed with their service, and would definitely hire them again in the future. I requested a quote from this company to repair a water leak in my house and an initial response was pretty good. The issues started when we tried to schedule specific details. The office failed to provide specific dates when their technician could come. After several days, their technician came and took a quick look around but he was not even interested in checking out the actual spot where the leak was. He promised to deliver the quote within two days but never delivered. I contacted the office by phone and Yelp message several times afterwards and asked about the quote, but silence was the only answer I received.

We had the nightmare of needing to replace 60' of cast iron under the slab of our finished basement. We had multiple companies in to diagnose the issue and provide quotes. Some companies recognized the truth of the situation - they had us over a barrel - and it showed in their estimates. Axiom, on the other hand, was fair to us from start to finish. Dan showed up promptly and tried to diagnose our problem with a camera at no charge and Bruce looked for creative solutions that would allow us to avoid removing flooring and cabinets. In the end, we chose the traditional method of removing everything, jackhammering the concrete, laying new pipes, and then pouring new concrete. The pricing was fair, the Axiom crews were friendly and competent, and the project was scheduled a month before other companies could take it on. This was a nasty problem, we chose a nasty fix, but I'm very happy we had the Axiom team handling it.
