Spoke too soon. Had a good experience; quick, reasonable, friendly. My sink stopper not right since they were here. At least a half a dozen requests with a ""leave your address"" and no response. It's been 3 months. It's a few minute fix, I live 4 blocks away. Super disappointing. Take the money and run seems to be the mojo

As a woman who has to hire service providers all the time, I am very careful about ""guys"" that want your money but don't do quality work. Also I can't stand condescending jerks. -- I needed a plumber for a drain leak catastrophe and Axel has so far been very professional. Work area is clean and his people are so far respectful. Another leak ensued as a result of old plumbing. Hopefully Axel will be able to maintain it to this issue and resolve the problem! -- Yes I would hire Axel again!

Top notch and professional...we had a burst pipe and they were very responsive to our inquiry. The pipe was in a tough area in the wall, but fixed it. Definitely use them if you ever have plumbing issues.

He tried to schedule an appointment at 930-1030, I said I couldn't make it till 1130, so he shows up at 1045. Inspects my bathroom for a sewer gas smell, at the time it did not smell since it would come and go, offers no suggestions on what to do next, seemed to be in a rush to get to his next appointment since I couldn't get there till when we scheduled it. I give him a call to schedule a new appointment to get the wall opened up to check on a leaking pipe to see if maybe that's where it is coming from. He texts me an hour before the appointment that day telling me he can't make it and I should find someone else, didn't even try to reschedule. I guess the smaller jobs aren't worth his time.

Axel was so awesome! He replied to my request for a quote within minutes and was able to come out the very next day. He was super responsive and easy to work with which is soooo appreciated. It was also him personally that I talked to and not a dispatcher or secretary. He came and checked out my leaky fridge and washing machine and new what the problem was and that it WASNT actually a plumbing problem, but a problem with the appliances itself. Honest, nice, and great service from Axel!
