This is the second time we called AWS to help with two separate issues. The first issue was our new tankless heating and water system. Most companies did not have a person who could service the new systems. The technicians are so friendly and professional. His knowledge was really welcomed because he explained newer systems need parts ordered which could take a little longer versed having a part in stock. The service was great considering it was a last minute call and he came right away on time. The second issue was months later to just service our ductless system to get ready for the summer. He explained everything to us and tested our system was ready for the summer. We really had a great experience twice with AWS!

Have been using AWS for several years. We have always had great service and experience with them. Most recently, Brian went above and beyond on a Sunday night to walk me through a temporary fix on my burner until they could repair it the next day. Highly recommend!

I called in for a quote and they pushed to come to my business to give me a estimate.
I was told this was free of charge but when the plumber showed up, he looked in my bathroom for no more then 3 minutes, quoted me 3x what other companies have quoted me and said it was the best price in town.
Get out of here! I would be a fool to believe that! As I nicely declined, the plumber told me I would need to pay a charge since they came to me to give me a quote! Even though I was told it was no charge for an estimate!

Avoid and save your wallet! Go with any other company and make sure to ask for a detailed quote.

I was never so disappointed with my relationship with this company. After 6 years of service contracts and a $10,000 Navien installation, they screw me over. I called for a repair on my combo Navien system. I had heat but no hot water. They are supposedly experts with this system. Well, the 2 guys they sent over, took 6 hours to find the problem.
They did ridiculous things to try to find the problem. Like blow in tubes and clean air filters and reset the system. Finally, they called the manufacturer and found out the problem - THE 3 WAY VALUE!!!
After they left and I paid the over $600.00 bill I checked on the internet, no hot water but heat on a Navien combo and in 30 seconds it came up 3 WAY Value. So to replace a $29.00 valve they said it would be another $600.00 for what should be a 2-hour job. What I would have like as a loyal customer is some consideration with price.

AWS made multiple mistakes in the installation of my HVAC unit. It was later discovered that they failed to update the coil which I paid for and was needed due to the change to the non--Freon AC. My system completely failed in 5 years requiring a total replacement. They also failed to honor the 10 year warranty.

I can't rate their work since they never gave me a quote for the job after I asked 3 times. Keith the estimator came as scheduled, but he responded to my emails that he'll work on it and get a quote to me by the next day. 3 weeks now, still waiting.

The operator/ dispatcher is very rude, and a bad representation of the company. So I will not be using this company in the present or future.

I had a major leak Sunday night.
water all over the floors and carpet. Talked to Bobby mon morning had a plumber come in on his day off, Mac was amazing, both a professional and a gentleman, took a very stressful situation and solved the problem. Would highly recommend them

Never had such a bad experience with a contractor! I wish I could just blame it on the carrier equipment but I have not been able to get a response from AWS one way or another. It's been a year and our $17,000 heat pump system still does not work as well as our 20 year old AC system used to work. Doesn't hold temperature better than 2 degrees EVER and its usually 4 degrees off (either hot or cold). They said it was a thermostat problem and were going to replace it under warranty but they never showed. Looking for another authorized Carrier dealer....
