I called early on a Wednesday morning and was told that they'd call back when they confirmed an appointment time. My issue wasn't urgent but I need a toilet leak repaired.
When I hadn't heard back I called again on Friday morning. They clearly had no record of my call at all when I asked why I hadn't heard. I then had to ask if we could schedule an appointment and was offered one 7 business days later on Monday, 11/15, although she called it ""next week"" when in fact next week ends on the 11/12. Seriously less than impressed and I'll find someone else to help me.
UPDATE 11/9/21 - Anthony, the owner, called this morning to sincerely apologize for the disconnect. He gets a 10 for customer service because he clearly takes his business very seriously and this was quite unusual compared to the service he normally provides. Thank you Anthony. I will definitely call AWM Plumbing in future when I need help again!

Anthony with AWM serviced my hot water heater over the Thanksgiving holiday. He was prompt, courteous and quick with a diagnosis of the problem. He obtained the right part and installed it in a very timely fashion. Would use AWM again, without a doubt.

The biggest reason to hire AWM is that the boss Anthony is hands on, oversees his guys work and delivers high quality every time. This is the second time we've hired him. The first time he had to cut through foundation of the house to replace a corroded sewage line. It was messy work but he took all the necessary precautions to keep the house clean and left the place spotless when he left. He was on time and on budget. The second time he put in a new leech line as well as some additional hot water lines. Again, on time and on budget and his guys are great. We just hired him again to retrofit an RV.

Our toilet tank connection has been leaking for a long time, and I've had two other handy-men claim to have fixed it. I called AWM, and within two hours, Nicolas was here. He worked about an hour, and said that the old washers were damaged, so he installed new ones. It was very difficult to get at, but he did it for a reasonable price.

I was given a referral to AWM Plumbing from another Plumber. What a stroke of luck that was. I was impressed with the detail of the bid and the price was fair. I went for it, my sewer connection took only 3 days. they were in and out and left my property looking better then before. I found Anthony to be honest, reliable and professional. I'm so happy I didn't waste my time trying to get the lowest bid. All in all it was the best decision to go with AWM Plumbing.

I would highly recommend this company. We had a water pipe to washing machine break from corrosion while switching out to newer water faucet and of course it was late on a Friday afternoon. We called Anthony who was unable to send anyone right then but we set up appt for 7-8 a.m. the next morning. At exactly 7a.m. Brad from AWM showed up . He was very knowledgeable and fixed our problem,. He cleaned up his mess and was on his way. Anthony did a follow up phone call an hour later to make sure we were happy and yes, we were! Great service! Yay!!!

Had a leak in our...creatively piped 1986 double-wide. Repaired most of the leak/piping myself, but got to a part I couldn't repair on my own. I called AWM and spoke to Anthony. He gave me a quote and offered to fix it the next morning (a Saturday), but he also explained how to connect the two water pipes I was having trouble with. I was able to complete the repair on my own. While I'm happy to have our water working again, I'm also happy to have the knowledge of how to deal with it next time in addition to having it fixed. Thanks to Anthony and AWM for the advice and what would have been a quick repair if I hadn't been able to follow the advice.

We were lucky enough to find this company and use Anthony to help finish our business project after a previous company did not finish the work they were paid to do. Anthony and his team went above and beyond to help finish our project. They did quality work and even helped to fix some mistakes from the previous plumbing company that could have cost us a lot of money down the road. Will use them in the future for any business or home needs I may have!

If I could leave a review with negative stars I would do so after speaking with Anthony of AWM Plumbing just now. The story is that when I married my husband a few years ago he eventually took back a family property in California and I've been dealing with trying to get the house to standard and get repairs done (while raising to small children). I called AWM on 4 Oct about a job and I was told by a female that answered the phone that they would be out early the next week. I didn't hear from them. I sent a message on 11 Oct requesting feedback and was told they had gotten held up and would be out that Friday the 13th. I didn't hear from them...no update, nothing. I sent his office several messages requesting a status and still heard nothing. Finally called today and the same female answered and said they were passing on the job. And to be clear this is TOTALLY fine. No one has to take a job they do not want. HOWEVER, any professional business should, at the very least, contact the customer to let them know this so that they are informed and can move on. So when I called Anthony to see what the issue was and just to let him know I was disappointed to not hear from anyone he got immediately upset, said he didn't need a lecture and that I was not his mother and couldn't tell him how to run his business. He also called me a slumlord bc the tenant is apparently keeping the yard very messy and the house is very old and needs repairs. You can't call a landlord a slum lord bc the TENANT is dirty. I have to know or have a complaint to prep action to get them to clean up. And if the tenant said something to him that he thought was convoluted it would have been nice if he had just told me instead of making assumptions.

So the house issues are just what I am trying to fix! And I have to start somewhere. So to have to listen to his tone while I have my two little ones around was super upsetting to both me and them. I would have honestly been good if he had just owned up to the unprofessional lack of communication by his office just let me know that he decided he didn't want to take it for health reasons etc. Then I would have simply known that I need to look into the tenants living conditions and move to someone else that might help me get things in order at that house.

So in short...this business is unprofessional bc they do not provide timely communication or feedback, and the owner Anthony is rude and unkind. I would never ever recommend them to anyone and I will never call them again. GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU NEED HELP, esp if you are a landlord that is not near the property you own, and as a Military family we move around often and are in need reliable businesses that can communicate at the very least.

UPDATE: After writing the initial review above the owner called me several times and then finally left a message basically threatening to report the house to the city due to the condition the tenant had the home in. He said it was not because of the review but it clearly was bc if they cared that much about the conditions they would have reported it weeks ago after they went to the house. He then insulted my mental state by saying that I was rambling on about things that didn't matter. I told him that whatever he decided to do did not matter to us bc we had already contacted the tenant and sent an email to the city after being made aware that the outside was being kept to poorly. After all of that he finally apologized for their lack of communication which I really appreciated. I simply cannot honor his request to remove the review because he had been so negative through out our interaction today and people should have an idea regarding the type of company and people they may want to do business with. And in this case, he basically tried to use threats in retaliation for my review which was in extremely poor taste. It was not a perception that the owner was rude, unkind, and insulting to me personally, he actually was. We would have respectfully honored their request not to do the job and would never ask someone to do something that they felt unsafe doing.

They tried to say that asking them to work in those conditions was unkind but WE ARE NOT THERE (we currently live on the other side of the country) so we clearly don't know how the tenant keeps the yard and house on a day to day basis so I felt like they were just trying to misplace their own faults.

Again, we would have just put the tenants on notice to clean up and then moved on to someone else that could help. So, again, I appreciate them finally apologizing for the lack of communication and I think that that is noble. I am just sorry that he started with the threats and more insults before getting to that point.
