Josh was absolutely amazing working on this project. It involve dealing with my crazy neighbors, it involve dealing with the crazy City, and an involve dealing with someone else's property and getting an easement to go on their land. Josh was thoughtfully? worked well with the city was able to contact the city and ways that I would never have been able to. The work was done in a timely manner and extremely professional.

Josh always kept in contact with me as to where the project stood comma either texting or calling. Few contractors would ever be as thorough as Josh has been.

This was a very difficult project, and Josh was the man for the job. I highly recommend this plumber to anyone in any situation from clean out to fold dig.

Well, I called last Friday. Set up an appointment window from 12-1. Got a call from them at 5 pm saying that ""sorry I'm running late. I'm sure you figured that out by now"" ... really !? I get it. Things come up. But don't have me wait for hours then call like nothing happened. Not pleased. Decided to go with stagecoach plumbing and I'm beyond happy with their services !

I had a problem with my Bradford Water Heater not producing hot water even though the pilot was lighting. I found Awesome Lawson through yelp and requested a quote through yelp. It was 8pm at night and i got a response back within an hour stating that someone could come out first thing in the morning. Josh was at my home by 9:30. He worked with the Heater manufacturer to determine of the water heater was still under warranty. he suspected it was the Gas Control Valve and it was indeed the valve. He did a warranty exchange on the control valve and got my hot water back up. His price was fair and he was very professional and helpful. Thank You Mr Lawson!!

Charged $125 for about 45 minutes of work that didn't fix the problem. Recommended jetting the drain next for another $250 said it wouldn't take more then and hour so that's $375 for 2 hours of work. Said no to jet couldn't see myself paying 250 for an hour of work. Tried using 20% off coupon that the company sent to me in the mail and was first told no but then he called his boss and said it was fine. Still $100 for nothing but a mess that I myself have to clean up. When the guy left he just said ""sorry for the mess"". DO NOT WORK WITH THESE GUYS.

I originally started with a single issue that needed to be fixed...a leaky faucet. Josh was right on in responding to my on line estimate request. He showed up within the time frame he gave. While he was there, I asked about a leaky toilet flapper valve, and another leaky bathroom sink. Without hesitation, Josh looked at each, noted the probable replacement parts and went out to get them. On his return, he had all three problems fixed within minutes, and still charged a very good price.

Good guy. Polite but didn't have correct tools. Had to go to roter rooter in the morning and fixed it in 20 minutes. 95$ for these guys and 143$ for roter rooter.

They have done 3 jobs for me: the first was contracted thru Home Depot, a water heater install. Was fine at a fair price. Then they replaced the sewer line and it was a disaster. Hit the water main and flooded the backyard. Ground still mud a month later. Killed off $100 worth of plants and left a pile of mud and a leaky hose bibb. Would nor hire them again. A third job (leaking kitchen pipe) cost $475, way too much for what they did.
