They have done 3 jobs for me: the first was contracted thru Home Depot, a water heater install. Was fine at a fair price. Then they replaced the sewer line and it was a disaster. Hit the water main and flooded the backyard. Ground still mud a month later. Killed off $100 worth of plants and left a pile of mud and a leaky hose bibb. Would nor hire them again. A third job (leaking kitchen pipe) cost $475, way too much for what they did.

I seen that they had great reviews so I decided to call them. I've been having an ongoing issue for months, but every time I called my house warranty they would send out a bunch dick heads! Jeff found it and fixed it! He diagnosed it successfully and did what he had to do and they gave me a great deal! Thank you guys!

I am so very pleased with this company! I woke up to a flooded bathroom, not the way I wanted to start my day. I just knew I could fix my issue though.....
WRONG! I wasted a lot of time on numerous trips to hardware stores .... I thought I'd look here for help and boy did I find it . Jeff was so nice and helpful. He came by and saved the day. Why didn't I call this place first, could have saved a bad mood and a lot of time.

How do I start? Josh and Jeff came to my business and intended to be in and out within 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I own Clutches N More an automotive repair shop that is busy and They were kind enough to schedule an appointment outside of normal business hours to complete the hydro jetting of my drains. I had them show up on time and stayed there for 5 hours! My drains were not playing very nice. At the end they held true to their quote and my drains are running smoothly again! I will refer and use again myself! Thanks again Josh and Jeff for going above and beyond expectations to serve me as your customer!

I called this company in a panic, we have a household of 6 and found ourselves suddenly without a working water heater. He responded within the hour after requesting a quote on Yelp, and we had him out right away for repair. His services were reliable and affordable, I can't ask for anything else.

I had a couple of leaks that I was having problems troubleshooting, so I called these guys. One of the employees named Jeff came out and helped me diagnose the problem. He gave me various suggestions and was definitely knowledgeable and friendly.

I realized on a Sunday that I had no hot water so I checked the heater and noticed the pilot light wasn't lit. I tried repeatedly to get it back on myself but it was no use. I called first thing Monday morning and this company was able to send someone out to my house ""between 4 and 6 p.m.""
I took the employee, I believe his name was Roger, around back and showed him my hot water heater. He didn't even touch the water heater. Never pushed the igniter. Never bent down to look and see if it was lit. NOTHING. He just said I needed a new one. I told him I had tried relighting it and he said it was so old (2002) that he could order some parts and try and fix it but it would run 3 or 4 hundred dollars. I replied that for that much, I should just get a new one. I asked for a quote and he quoted me $1295. I know nothing about this kind of stuff so I was freaking out. No hot water and no way I could afford $1300!
My boyfriend called his uncle who is a handyman to come over that night and he fixed the entire problem in less than an hour with a $17 part from Lowes. I was incredibly relieved.
Pass on this plumbing company, especially if you are a female...apparently we are not even worth pretending to help.

Called Awesome on Monday night at 6:00. They showed up by 7:00 to take a look at our broken toilet flange and were able to replace it on the spot. Josh was friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend these folks for your plumbing needs.
