I took the time to write this review and he couldn't even take out the part that he didn't care to actually respond to me. I would have preferred no response over this. Picture attached.

Had an emergency electrical issue yesterday at our home and we called around to a few different 24/7 electricians and this company is the only one that got back to us in a timely manner and was able to help resolve the issue. Mike T. came to help and was super friendly and knowledgeable about what to do in our situation and to get our house up and running again safely. We really appreciate the quick turnaround and excellent service! Especially on a Sunday in the springs! Thank you!

Big thanks to William, Tristen, and Jason of Awesome Home Services! They did great work tag-teaming my job right before a holiday weekend: a sudden leak which damaged our laundry room ceiling with waste water. Tristen opened the ceiling and found a failed tub waste and overflow drain assembly leaking when used. He cut and removed the failed section and installed a new tub waste and overflow in pvc. He verified the drain repair was working correctly and that there were no leaks on any connections for the drain repair. Next he removed the failed shower valve assembly (which required cutting in to the shower tile) and installed a Delta single handle shower valve with remodel plate (a welcome upgrade to our 70s era plate). He tested for leaks on the connections and then caulked all the shower trim.

While in the laundry room, William and Jason noticed wet flooring under our toilet. They discovered the toilet's wax seal appeared to have been leaking for a while and recommended a restoration company that could evaluate the flooring. In the meantime, they removed the toilet and capped the toilet flange to prevent sewer gasses from getting into our home.

Important to note: Unlike other companies, Awesome provides a two-year parts and labor warranty.

I will definitely call these guys for future home repairs. They were all very nice and professional. They were patient with me and explained everything they were doing and why. I also very much appreciated their team approach to resolving problems. They were licensed and insured, and there was a clear system of mentorship between the more experienced technician and his co-workers. Wonderful to see with a local business. Great service from Craig and Willie yesterday and today. Yesterday, after a thorough inspection and double checking things, Craig gave me 4 quote options for repairs of my backyard faucet, and I felt no pressure to choose a certain one. The 2 came back today to complete the job since it was raining and late yesterday, but Craig Was willing to stay and do the work if I felt it was necessary. They showed up on time, got the work done quick, and checked that everything was functioning properly before leaving. They also kindly put up with my protective pup barking at them most of the time. A few hours later, I noticed there was a pipe below that was in the way of connecting the hose, they were quick to come back and fix it the way I preferred. Also, the dispatch person, Hannah?, was so nice and helpful. ""How can we make your day Awesome?!"" And a text was sent each time the tech was on the way with a picture and profile! I loved it. Thanks everyone! Great job!

I called Awesome Home Services after finding water dripping from my ceiling in our finished basement. Preston showed up in about an hour and knew what he was doing. He checked multiple sources inside and out for possible leaks but found nothing. He determined that he would have to cut the dry wall but kept the hole as small as possible. He was able to find the leak immediately and fix it quickly. He even called a restoration specialist to come and assess any damage the leak may have caused. Preston was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He was kind to my children and wore shoe protectors when entering my home. Preston saved the day and I am thrilled with his work.

I couldn't leave a separate review for the other quality work I received a few days later but I wanted to recognize, Jason B. And Michael T. Who installed our water softener. They had another gentleman with them and I'm so sorry I can't remember his name. He answered all of my questions politely and the three of them together took care of the project quickly and did excellent work. My father-in-law is an engineer and he was impressed with their work as well! Michael was kind enough to spend some time with our 4 year old twins who are fascinated with pipes and wires. He showed them his tools and even let them play a little. They had a blast. I will always call Awesome Home Services first!

I'm adding more to my review. Today I have Steve and Xavier at our home installing a new ceiling fan. It's no easy task since we have really high ceilings. They have done such a great job and they are so friendly. It's nice having them here on this snowy May day. I also got a call from Korey who's been in touch with us about getting our HVAC replaced. Where does Awesome Home Services find all of these awesome people?

Everything was fine with the service. Just thought $225 (included the senior discount) was a lot for a refrigerator water line angle stop replacement for a slow leak. Not an emergency. The plumber was very nice.

I called about 15 plumbers that were unavailable on a Sunday afternoon in 9 degree weather for a burst pipe.

Brantley Nuffer, showed up on time to one of our rental properties and was very friendly, honest and professional. Brantley was able to quickly diagnose and fix the furnace issue that our tenant was having. We definitely will be using Awesome Home service for all our properties repairs from now on. When it comes to HVAC issues we will request Brantley because his people skills are second to none. We could not believe how fair the repair cost was we definitely will recommend Awesome Home Service to all our friends and family. We have hired several HVAC Companies in the area and they have price gouged us. We finally have found an honest affordable company to rely on. They provide 5 star Awesome Service.
