Our hot water heater broke, and our regular plumber was away. He recommended using ONLY this plumbing service. We are so glad we got this great recommendation! Donnie came out right away and confirmed that the heater had broken irreparably and was still under warranty. As soon as the plumbing supply store reopened, he drained and uninstalled the old heater, drove it out of town to the store, exchanged it for the new one, and now we have a brand-new hot water heater for just the cost of labor! He was polite, punctual, and efficient--exactly what you hope for. I highly recommend AWC Plumbing.

I own a home in Phelan that recently had a plumbing issue. From what I'm told, it was a bad leak over by the water heater. My tenant called AWC plumbing to come out and see what the problem was. Donnie came to the home asap, did a free inspection, found the problem and immediately starting working on it. I realize that it was late in the day and on a Saturday so I was very happy that my tenant would soon have running water again. After the repair was completed Donnie advise me that I still had a leak running under my foundation but he couldn't get to it that day. After speaking with him he agreed to go back and finish the additional leak and did not charge me for it. I appreciate someone who takes pride in his work and is willing to go above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. Remember that no one is perfect and sometimes things do go wrong but it's what you do after that that makes the difference. Thanks again Donnie,

My kitchen faucet would only barely stream
Hot water. Two previous plumbers couldn't figure out what was wrong. They thought it might be my pipes. Donnie checked and discovered it was the faucet, even though it was a good brand and barely a year old.
I ordered the faucet through Amazon and scheduled his installation. Less than an hour and he installed the whole thing for $100
I now have hot water in my kitchen sink again
I'm so happy!! I highly recommend him he is professional and proficient and tidy.

The 4 stars this company gained are most likely bogus and generated by the owner or employee.

This company is greedy and dishonest. If you have a simple leak tht should cost under $100 , you will be fleeced for twice that amount. I called this company to look at my water heater that would not light. The real reason was my daughter accidentally bumped a switch into the off position. Their office is one block from my house. The plumber came over and flipped the switch on, laughed and charged me $120.00.

Another neighbor was fleeced over $300 for a simple outdoor faucet change. You are better off looking elsewhere or DIY on Yourube than call these thieves.

I had a leaky pipe outside my home that I was very concerned about because I didn't know if the leak was leading into my home causing damage.
I called Donnie and he came the same day within the time frame he gave. He quickly diagnosed the problem and put my fears to rest.
Donnie is professional, reliable, great at what he does and has competitive and fair rates. Hopefully you won't have any plumbing problems but if you do, give Donnie a call. He's fantastic.

I would highly recommend Donnie. He not only managed to squeeze me into his busy schedule last minute for a leaking faucet, but he was friendly and professional too. What a fantastic craftsman. Very good on price and when finished he offered to clean up.
