We needed immediate service on our central A/C, since it hasn't been working for 3 days. The temperature in our house was at 94 deg F last night and my husband and I didn't have good sleep at all, if we ever got any sleep. Joseph, the company owner sent me an email and good thing I checked my email this morning and saw that he replied to me immediately to my request last night. The temperature in my house was already at 91 at 10:00am today, Sept. 6, 2020, and it was gonna be 115 today. I replied to Joseph's email to call me and he did right away.
He was at my house in less than 30 minutes!
He is knowledgeable, having been in this business for 15 years. He is an honest person, did not take advantage of the predicament we were at. He knew we were desperately in need of help on our A/C and yet charged us a very affordable fee. What a guy! And now, we are comfortable in our home. We can't thank you enough! I hired Joe a few months ago to repair some poorly done ac work done by the sellers of the home I purchased. Apparently it was not done to code. Joe gave me a very competitive quote based on what the inspector wanted. Before long they were on the job.
