OMG! I love Joe and his guys! My husband and I had went through various a/c installers and finally found Joe through another website. He made the process smooth, easy, and fast and I am so thankful for our new central air that they just installed. Also, our central air came with a mini split system so it's more energy efficient, but with ducting and it's very silent. We didn't have a spacious attic, but they managed to squeeze themselves in and still made the magic happen just in time for the summer heat.

Btw, not only does Joe have great prices, he really did care for our place and came after hours when he thought rain was expected to pour down on us and quickly went on our roof and patched it to save us from a huge potential mess. And, he made sure the vents and grill were all tightly installed and had a meticulous eye for things being aligned nicely. And he went through an overview with the system so I could fully understand what was installed and how to control it.

Overall, Joe has reasonable prices, very professional, courteous, speedy, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I would go to Joe again for my cooling and heating needs. I definitely would refer him to anybody and they're willing to service anybody in the socal area, even all the way in San Diego!

Our heater decided to give up on life, right in the middle of a huge storm. Freezing, I searched Yelp to see who could possibly help us from turning into popsicles. AWC responded to my request at 8 pm on a Friday and by Sat afternoon, our heater was fixed and my house was gloriously warm. Alfredo, our tech, was punctual, quick, and very friendly. I highly recommend AWC!

My heater wasn't working and I contacted the original company that installed it but never heard back. Reached out to AWC and Joe replied right away and squeezed me in at the last minute. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Heater is working and I'm war again. Thank you so much for your quick response.

One of our Mini split indoor units was spewing out water, so after using Yelp to get a few quotes, AWC was one of the very few to respond and offer to come out on a Monday late afternoon/early evening. They came about 5:30pm and they determined that the drain line was completely clogged due to the dirt/dust/lint/grime. Him and his associate worked their magic to clear out the clog, and clean the indoor unit coils. He did recommend cleaning our the fan blades too.

I recommend this company. They're professional at what they do.

AWC was very prompt responding and expediting their services. Joe the a/c technician was very polite. He explained everything he was doing (even though I knew what was wrong with the a/c system). He didn't waste any time replacing the defective capacitor. He also installed it and secured properly. Considering it was a Saturday on a holiday weekend and it was considered an emergency/urgent visit due to the excessive heat warnings. I knew I would have to pay through the nose for the services rendered. Normally I would have ordered the part and fix it myself. They did however knock off $50.00 the total bill, which was very nice...
