After a repair of an ice-maker didn't go as planned, AW's tech came out the same day, fixed the problem quickly and quietly and cleaned up afterward. The tech got caught up working on another job and was a little late, but AW's staff and the tech were very responsible about updating me on his ETA. They were very professional and I'll be using them again.

I bought my first house about 6 months ago and a very old fridge and range were given to us with the house. I have been dreading anything happening to the appliances because we are, of course, flat broke after buying the house. Unfortunately, when my parents were visiting us the fridge finally took its last cold breath. So, we bit the bullet and went to look at new fridges. And when you are spending that much money already, might as well get a new range. So we bought new appliances and scheduled delivery. Well, new home owner lesson #127 is to make sure that the gas line for the range is actually uncapped prior to delivery. So I was in a panic because the delivery people wouldn't uncap the gas line. I went on Yelp, and AW & Sons were the top rated plumbers in Whittier so I called, told them that all I needed was for them to uncap my gas line, and they came over within 2 hours! The best part, they did it for free. Steven and Oscar were there for about 10 minutes and were incredibly knowledgeable and very nice guys. You could really tell that they knew what they were doing, and actually cared about doing a good job and making their customers happy. I highly recommend them and I will be using them for ALL of my plumbing needs in the future. (Although I hope that doesn't come too soon. Lol)

Called for service around 8:20am and the plumber was by my door step at 9:20am, which I'm really happy about because I didn't have to wait that long. Steven was thorough in making sure that the permanent fix on my water pipe had no leak. The work was clean and the service was excellent.

Steven came to our house within the advised window of time promised; he was polite, well-spoken, explained everything he was doing, and went above & beyond to answer our questions as well as discuss the different options we had for our particular plumbing issues. Additionally, Steven went beneath the house, took photos, and proposed a future plan of action proposal project to get our home plumbing system put to date. Definitely calling AW & Sons Plumbing from now on & asking for Steven!!!
