Called for tech to come out to diagnose and fix a low pressure issue with my current pump and well system. Owner called me back 8 hours later and tried to up sell me a completely new pump system. When I declined he told me to call someone else. Not sure how this guy is still in business. Complete jerk.

I called AW Pump to replace the pump in our water well. Several months later I accidentally discovered that the plastic cap at the top of the well was not seated correctly and there weren't any nuts holding the 6 bolts. I tried to seat it myself (I am not mechanically inclined) but could not get the gasket and cover to seat right. The cover had no problem before the pump replacement. I called AW Pump and they said they would not come out for that. They said the cover was defective (I don't believe it is) and that the bolts were crooked (they are not). Then they said that I got a good deal for the pump replacement (that was not the issue). I think that they were frustrated by the fact that the first pump they installed was defective so they had to go get another pump. Then when they were finishing up they had trouble reinstalling the cap and just left. They didn't say anything about the cap when they were leaving. Just shows their character.

I contacted this company in October about getting a quote for my pump. The person I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. It was going to cost $395.00 for the company to just give me an estimate. I was unpleased with my experience.

I would not recommend him at all. Very rude. I lost heat Thanksgiving night. I called the 24 hour line at 5am. They said someone would call me back right away. At 9am still no call so I called again. Two hours later he called and said he would come between 12 & 1, it was after 2. He went to work, didn't tell me what he was doing it what it would cost. Then charged me $395 for a thermal couple. I told he another plumber replaced the same part for $245 2 years before. He just said the other guy was from RI and they have different prices. $150 different. But then he said he had to come back on Monday to replace the fill valve for another $395. When I questioned him again in Monday morning as to why do high, he got rude and walked out. I found another plumber who came when he said he would and charged $215.
