Allen M. VanSant, Inc. was established by in 1954. After retiring, he sold the business in 1986 to Mike and Diane Kastner. They collaborate with their sons, Mike and Gary, and daughter Kathy. The name AVS Plumbing & Heating was added in the 90s.
