Disappointing. Supposedly the quality of fixtures are supposed to be better than someplace like Home Depot. We spent quite a bit of money on bathroom and kitchen faucets and knobs but when the kitchen counter soap dispenser no-longer worked properly after a couple of years, the sales person here referred me to the manufacturer. I would expect as much from
Home Depot but hey, I spent a lot of money here. You'd think there would be something they could do or would do.
I never bothered with the manufacturer. I bought a new built in counter soap dispenser from Amazon for $20 that compliments the gooseneck faucet and it works fine! Honestly, not sure I'll ever go this route again unless I'm looking for something special and unique that I can't find anywhere else. But I WILL look everywhere else first. This will be the last place I go.

Bought over $5K in products, had extensive plumbing work done, very sloppy And still leaking. Will never recommend ever again.

Responded to my Yelp request with a form letter telling me to call. I called and spoke to a person who said he would check with the owner and call me back. Never heard from them again.

We had our kitchen remodeled by Avon Plumbing & Heating, and every facet of the job was handled with top notch craftsmanship and professionalism.  From a new quartz countertop, sink and faucet, customizing cabinet doors, repainting select areas, new lighting, bumping out a wall for a custom fit around the main fridge, and building a cabinet for a separate mini-fridge to sit in.

The project manager Stacy and designer Sheree were very helpful and easy to work with. The carpenters Joe and Chris, and the lighting guys Dave and Ryan, were also great to be around and work with.  Everyone kept to their schedule and gave expert advice that helped create a kitchen that is not just beautiful, but also much more functional.  Two very high thumbs up!""

A very respectable company. Avon Plumbing did an old house bathroom renovation for us. Our project manager, Stacy Moore gave us an agenda and followed it to a T. All the workers from demolition to product delivery and installation were excellent. All product recommendations were from Laurah Lennon were detailed and comprehensive. The project went very smoothly and the final product looks like a magazine ad. Thank you Avon Plumbing, your bid was competitive and project completed on schedule. Gallagher carpentry was amazing as well.

Had them come out to quote a boiler installation for radiant heat after our current system died. They came out and looked at the set-up and were going to go back to office to send us a quote. Given he saw we did not have heat, he would have something to us shortly. After not receiving anything from them after three days, we followed up with an email and still no reply. I will not consider them for any work going forward.

Extremely unreliable. They showed up to check out the work, the guy who came was knowledgeable but he disappeared saying he will go to the office and get back soon. I was waiting all day for him to come back and there was no show. I gave them benefit of doubt and thought they will show up next day but no show , no response. Very disappointed with service.

Contracted avon plumbing to do my newly remodeled kitchen!
I have heard many horror stories about plumbers and pricing and availability.
This was the most pleasant experience by far.
First and most important is customer service!
You can't imagine how stressful it is being without a kitchen for any period of time so when I called and talked to Stacy her friendly demeanor and expertise were a huge comfort. One night I was concerned and emailed Her at a very late hour....and she responded very promptly
Keith the service manager came over to quote and was very patient and exceeded our expectations!
They held to the figure which was not overwhelmingly high.
Then a very knowledgeable and fine young man named Bill came twice and both times very punctual and extremely good at what he does!
Finally let me mention Jeff the owner who should be commended for a great team!

Their parts department always have everything I need to maintain the plumbing and heating in my home. Their counter help is always friendly and very knowledgeable.
