Avis is my go to plumbing and air-conditioning company. This is the 4th time I needed their help. This time the toilet flange rusted out and there was no way I could install a new toilet. Avis sent Dave out to take a look to see what could be done. The job was not an easy one. I am glad I didn't try any of the """"quick fixes"""" I found on the internet. Dave had the right tools, and parts to tackle the job. Like all of the technicians Avis has sent out over the years Dave was professional, courteous, and thorough. I am confident that I will not have to worry about the work he did. Thanks David and Avis for hiring people who care about what they do.

Service tech came to our home and without checking anything said we needed all new fixtures - charged me $65.00 for 5 minutes and even tried to add $32.50 for labor. Never again !! Sorry I paid for the service call . Even one star is too much

I have had 2 recent plumbing emergencies, at 2 different rental properties with tenants in each. Both occurred on a weekend, so I called hoping to get someone out the same day and both times I never even received a call until 2 days later letting me know they would be out to fix it, by that time I already had it resolved by another company that actually responded to my call. If you are looking for emergency service this is definitely not the place u want to call. And it's sad because I had high hopes after the first time I used them for another plumbing emergency and they were there within a couple hours and had my broken pipe issue resolved quickly. Hopefully they will improve their customer response time and if they are busy at least let them know when you project you can make it out. Communication is key for long lasting customer relationships.

Avis, sent Joe out to complete a repair on my AC unit. Joe was professional, courteous, and did an amazing job. He listened to my concerns regarding the unit and addressed every need. He is a credit to the company and to the profession. I also want to thank Dave in the office who is always a pleasure to speak to. We were having issues with our AC in our new house so I gave Avis a call to help. They came out quickly, which is the only positive I can say. The technician said we needed a new AC after looking it over for a few minutes. He stated he checked everything and the only thing we could do was replace it. He gave us a bid for a new AC. A week later we had another AC guy come out to give us a bid on the AC. He agreed the AC needed to be replaced, but he did several things to help us get through right now. For example he changed the filter on the blower, and he noticed we were low on freon. We are not sure what the Avis guy even did for us that cost us $95 since he didn't check the freon or the filter. I feel very sad that they stole our money from us without even trying to help us. Don't use these guys!!!!
