I was at a 5 star /100 percent for many years ... until recently. Im on a wait and see with Avion right now.
While i was gone recently on a long vacation, I came home to a nasty ""15-Day Disconnect Notice"" I've been with Avion for over as long as Ive been in Bend. OVER 20 YEARS honestly, I don't know what to think right now.
I paid the $40.20 they said I owed (I did pay all current prior to my trip,) The total was somehow inflated to $81.21 - due to vacation??
Sure, I'll add that if I had stayed for a few more days visiting family I was told my water would have been shut off!!

Avion is right here in Bend, if I can find another water company I would check them out!!

Our water is great. The people in the office are always polite, respectful and helpful. Our property had a well that was really not good and I'm grateful to have another water source. Thanks people! :-)

Employee's are extremely rude when calling customer service. Spent 30 minutes arguing with a representative by the name of Sarah who refused to help me with a billing issue (the discrepancy was $1 and she would not budge). Finally, had to ask for a manager. She then transferred me to Rick who was able to agree with had a good payment history and was willing to work out the billing discrepancy (a final bill from almost 10 years ago that we never received or were aware of). So...I thought. Over a month later when I received the new bill, the issue was not resolved. Called Avion again, spoke with another female representative that was less than helpful. She transferred me to Rick who was rather short this time and said I had agreed to split the difference in charges, which was clearly not the case. Regardless of the customer service alone, their water is far subpar and tastes salty compared to the tap water on the city water supply. Leaves residue on shower doors, etc. and is extremely overpriced. If you have a choice, I would not recommend Avion, strictly on their customer service. Luckily, this is a temporary housing situation for us and we will make sure our next house is not within the Avion limits.
