It was a pleasure working with Avila's Construction. They remodeled our master bathroom shower. They were easy to work with and my shower came out better than anticipated. The master bathroom and hallway they used to access our house was always cleaned at the end of the day, they were respectful of our home, and understanding with our toddler being in the house. They were very professional, good with timelines, respectful, and helpful with our many questions. We love our new master bathroom remodel! We will definitely be using them again for our future kitchen remodel! Thank you to everyone involved!

Very responsive and a job we'll done. I contacted Avila's Construction about a project to enlarge my attic vent and install a fan. I reached Erik right away and he came out the next day to look at the job. He said he would send an estimate by the end of the day and that's exactly what he did. The estimate was reasonable and he was able to fit me into their schedule just a few days later. He and his crew showed up on time and did a great job. Have dealt with many contractors that don't get back to me when they say, or are otherwise flaky in some way. It was so refreshing to deal with a company that was responsive, kept their commitments and did a great job. Highly recommend.

Erik and his team are great and reliable. In today's environment it is very difficult to find a dependable, responsive and honest contractor. I have been used Avila's construction for more than 4 years now for many projects. Valentin has been extremely reliable to get the job done on time. His time and cost estimate are very accurate. He is in communication with you throughout the project and gives you good suggestions and recommendations to help you decide.
When I just started using him I had to bring him in to clean up the mess another contractor made and I could see the difference in efficiency and quality of work immediately.
I have used Avila construction for making an ADU in the garage with all city inspections. I have used them for remodelling my bathroom, fixing the plumbing, installing water heater, installing water meter and electricity meter for the ADU. I have used them for replacing my electric panel and installing a lot of exterior lights.
I have been recommending them for the past 4 years to all my friends and relatives and will definitely recommend them to everyone.
