Every time I call Avila Plumbing for a big or small project they always come through and take care of the issue. 3 other plumbers have gone to fix the issue and none of them was able to figure it out all until Robert went and was able to fix it. I was initially very impressed when I spoke to Bill on the phone. But then he didn't show up for a scheduled appointment, nor did he or anyone from the office call to explain, apologize or reschedule. I guess they aren't interested in my business.
