The tech that came out to diagnose my AC did not have the proper equipment to access my unit in the attic. Had to lend my own ladder. After the diagnosis was performed and received my quote to repair my unit I decided to not repair the unit due to it being expensive. My unit was left open, taken apart with wires all over the place and not put back together in its original state. No attempt was made to correct the situation.

I requested Avila do a semi-annual inspection and maintenance of our furnace, hot water heater (tankless) and cooler condenser. Cayetano Avila (owner) and his assistant arrived on time as scheduled. He was friendly, had excellent English, and went to work after informing us that the fee would be $350 per system; that is $1,050 for us. I decided to proceed with maintenance of all three systems. On completion of the work. I felt confident enough to schedule Avila to do the inspection and maintenance again in six months.

At first I wasn't sure if I should contact this company because they have no reviews but I am so glad i did and was able to find somebody on the weekend. I had a small leak on my main water line that needed to be repaired. I gave them a call and within the hour they were at my house. They found the problem and fixed it . I am very happy with there service, I would definitely contact them again for any other issues!
