Awesome service. Awesome guy.

Sunday evening. Noticed moisture in the wall in the kitchen. Made two other calls and left messages to other companies, but Jason answered my call. I was so relieved that he did too. He then came out at 10 pm, cut the wall, found the leak, fixed it, cleaned up. Very reasonable price and very fair. There's no way I could have had a better experience. I recommend you don't waste your time or take a chance with someone unknown. Just call Jason at Avid. I'm definitely going to call him for any and all plumbing needs.

Checked Yelp out for some help with a clogged shower drain that my dude could not get unclogged. Sent out a quote request around 11pm and was willing to take the next available appointment ASAP. Jason replied in about 20 minutes. The next day (today) he texted me to let me know that he was wrapping up his first client and would be heading my way; which I appreciated. Then after I gave him a run down of the issue he didn't just start work on that spot, Jason also talked about underlying issues that could cause the clog in a way that I could totally understand. He then did more than just snake the shower drain, he went to work on clearing out other major pipes to ensure that everything was as clear as it could get, given the condition of the pipes we are working with. 5 stars!

I was lucky to find Jason on inquiring through Yelp for a plumber. I took a picture and gave a brief description of the issue I was having and boom, sent out to four different companies. Sweet, that was super easy.

The first response I received back was from A1 services, saying ""I am booked"".. Well my inquiry was for a scheduled service, not an emergency. Was not too confident with them. The second response that I received was from Jason. Very professional response and he assured me that my issue was normal and he has seen it a few times. The third inquiry I received from The honest plumber, it was well over a day and by my photo he could not give me a definite price. The fourth was to EHS & Sons, I have yet to receive a response.

I was just like any other Yelper and wanted to do my research before hiring anyone. All reviews were perfect, checked other sources and HE IS COMPLETELY LEGITIMATE. When I replied to Jason he gave me a quick response with his phone number and told me I could text or call him with any questions or to discuss the issue. I set up a time for him to come out and do the work the next day :)

The work was complete in just a few hours, once everything was set and dry we could put our new toilet on. Toilet was set with no problems and it is now fully functional.

Jason was a very nice and professional man to work with. I would recommend his services to anyone. Great response time and fair prices. Thank you Jason for the great work that you provided, I will be sure to recommend you to others. He gets his jobs through word of mouth and does not advertise. I am happy to have found him :)
