Had a problem with a toilet and shower pressure in separate bathrooms. Jason was able to come out quickly and fix the problems very quickly. When a problem with the toilet occured, unrelated to the original problem I had, Jason was still able to come out within hours to fix it. Great service, reasonable prices, friendly & competent. Best plumber in Bakersfield area. Highly recommed.

Jason was great and would definitely recommend! He was very patient with all of my questions and let me know well in advance when he had to help with an emergency service and had to reschedule. Great communication, which was much appreciated.

When he arrived he got right to work repairing our toilet and installing hammer arrestors and valves on our washing machine. He was very quiet and accommodating since I was working from home and on the phone. Repairs were done quickly and he cleaned up after himself when he was done. Price was definitely reasonable. Called Jason to replace a section of copper pipe that leaked behind my fridge. He was very responsive and was able to come out on short notice on a Saturday to do the repair so I could turn my water back on. He is honest & very professional. I highly recommend Avid Plumbing.

I called Jason looking for a second estimate on a repair I ""thought"" I needed according to another company that I got an estimate from. Not only did he quote me a way more affordable estimate over the phone based on what I had been told I needed to be done (install of an access panel and valve change) but, once he had time to come out and take a look, it turned out it was an easier repair than I had been told (only needed a cartridge change and new handle) and only a fraction of the cost. Jason is a busy guy but is well worth the wait and I see why everyone calls him for the job. Very knowledgeable, HONEST, friendly yet professional, and affordable. He is my new go to for plumbing! Don't waste your time with the big brand companies. Jason will take care of you!

About a month ago, our garbage disposal broke. We called Avid, and Jason answered right away. He gave us a quote that was less than several other businesses'. He was also willing to zip over to get the necessary disposal before the store closed, and to come do the install at the end of his work day. That was awesome! He was both professional and personable. The install was quick, and the new disposal works very well. It's not really exaggerating to say that Jason from Avid saved my weekend, and my sanity (broken appliances give me anxiety)! I highly recommend this business.
