First off someone always answers your call immediately. I really appreciate that. I've used Andrew over the years for help With a gas line leak, a hot water heater replacement, faucet replacements and a garbage disposal. He is always professional and works efficiently and fast. He's also honest-Referring out jobs he isn't licensed to do and offering options in an honest and clear way so you can make the best decision. He is upfront about the estimate and shows up! Many HOAs use him for these reasons.

I heard great things about this company from a co-worker. It initially took a couple of calls to have them call us back. They canceled the day before and wanted to reschedule the next day, told us between 8-10. When they didn't show, I called and they said because I did not call them to confirm I would now have to reschedule again. Without the use of my sink for 5 days, they were courteous and came out that day they rescheduled us. Great job. Next our hot water heater went out. They promptly called back and scheduled 3 days out. They cancelled the night before the appointment via text message. We were texted they lost an employee and ""thanks for the opportunity, we are backed up."" There was no mention of a reschedule. When pressed, we were told it would be a week. It felt like we were being blown off. Called another company, they will be out tomorrow to replace the water heater.
