Although closed over the weekend, came out Monday to save the day on a clogged toilet that shut down plumbing in the house. Instead of just doing the basic, pulled our blocked up toilet out, snaked all the way to the street to make sure the whole line was cleared. Then snaked the shower and sink to clear everything out. Andrew noticed the shower drain cover was sharp edged and replaced it for safety. Cleaned u everything as best they could and made sure I knew everything they did and said if anything else was needed, they'd take care of it. Fair price, thorough work, will definitely call for any plumbing needs in the future.

We noticed we had no hot water, we thought it was the pilot light had gone out. We checked the water heater and noticed it had sprung a leak. We are new in the area didn't know who to call; called AVG Plumbing because they had ***** rating (so glad we did!!!!) Andrew answered the phone, that was the first GREAT THING. He was at our home within 15 minutes (second great thing). He accessed the problem, and let us know and the cost. We agreed and within hours we had a new water heater and hot water. Andrew was able to assess from a photo I sent..... he was able to get out the next day. His son Josh worked with him. Switched it out with the same brand and replaced everything with new. Very professional, prompt. Very happy with their service. When it comes to jobs like this I prefer to give my business to a local company. Not fond of the Home Depot or Lowe's services.....
