Just had to post another review on John's service: he came out again for a problem about four days after he'd been here to fix a water flow problem. This time, it was for a hose that was leaking, so totally unrelated to the water flow problem and it wasn't caused by his previous visit; however, John came back, saw the problem immediately, fixed it and did not charge us for the visit even though he should have. He is truly the best and delivered the same professional and quality service as before. I'm sorry I didn't catch him as he was leaving to pay him anyway. He will always have my business with this amazing service!

We had John out to do some work on our kitchen faucet. He was amazing and very nice man. Even our dogs liked him! He was quick to diagnose and then to solve the problem we had. His price was very fair, even cheap compared to what I was fearing. We have found our plumber and use John at Avery for any future plumbing needs.

Our toilet was leaking from the bottom and it turns out our flange was installed incorrectly from the builder. Joe was easy to get ahold of and came out the next day to help us out. He also fixed an issue with a leaking bathtub drain and fixed another issue the builder did wrong (switching the hot and cold). While there he installed a new sink for us too. He was very honest, respectful, cost affective and did a great job. We will definitely call him again if we have any other issues that come up.
